Staff very polite, friendly and honestly

Good, clean and get good nightsleep

The shower did not work well and the water on the toilet kept running even when I have turned it off.

I stayed here from February 1 to February 2, 2025. In the morning, while I was still sleeping, there was construction work happening above my room. I was woken up by the loud noise of hammering and a drill machine, making it impossible to sleep any longer. I called the receptionist multiple times and even went down to the lobby to report the issue, but the work continued. The staff did not inform me during check-in that there would be construction during my stay. I hope the hotel can provide a better solution for guests, such as not assigning rooms directly below those undergoing maintenance.

Good Room, fine food, Kind Staff, good environment

I like the check in and check out that were efficient and the location. Nearly the access to the main road. The only problem is the cleanliness of the bedroom and carpet, we all know which one the new bed sheet and the bed sheet not replaced. The carpet was very dusty until the semell is so strong. Please pay attention with the bed sheet. Thank you.

Bad smell of toilet, minimal facilities in restroom (no shower cap, hair brush)

Really enjoy my stayed here. Big spacious room. The receptionists are very helpful during check in process. Big pool. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Enjoy it so much. The room was for 4 pax unfortunately when we got into the room, only 2 towels provided and no bathroom mat. Something than can be improved: please check the booking info and provide the amenities based on it.

Stayed 3d2n for concert purposes and so far so good. The aircon is comfy and I enjoyed the stay. Thank you so much!
