friendly hotel staff, 2nd time staying here, the dirty part is the bathroom area, please scrub the toilet so it doesn't turn yellow first time on the 3rd floor, it didn't really feel like a truck was passing by, the second time on the 5th floor, it felt like there was an earthquake when a big truck passed by 😃

an unpleasant hotel experience. the bathroom was dirty, there were cigarette butts in the KM sink. The toilet was yellow as if it had never been brushed (dirty). The wall paint was peeling and full of scribbles, the curtains had lots of blood stains, the cupboard and table were full of dust, and the room smelled bad. It was also difficult to pray because it was cramped. I only stayed at this hotel once.

The trolley can't go up to the lobby because it's via stairs, there are lots of mosquitoes, there are baby cockroaches, the towels are torn and still served to the guests, the photos are good in reality, only the photographer is good. The room is cramped. This is the only time I've stayed at Royal City, it shouldn't be called a hotel but a budget hotel. This is the worst experience staying at the Royal City Hotel. Hopefully the management will pay attention to these comments as a reference for future improvements.

The hotel is disgusting. The room was literally never cleaned. Please see the photos I included. I don't understand how they dare to sell a room like this to guests. The walls, floors, and curtains are full of dirty spots that make you nauseous. I have never seen a hotel room this dirty in my life. The staff were only busy cleaning the lobby, but the room was left dirty. What a traumatizing experience! It was written on Traveloka that we got a kingsize bed, but it turned out to be only a queensize. It didn't match what was stated on Traveloka. So we booked a room with breakfast, but the children were not allowed to eat. The staff were rude. Even though my child only wanted to eat a slice of bread.
