Visual and photos on app are not suitable, the hotel is new building but not well prepare yet! TV, telp, toileteries etc was not working or exist, and badly the areas closed after 22.00 and we have to called staff to open the gate 😂 (not inform before).

Only 1 drawback. There is no spoon to make coffee/tea, ask the staff and the answer is that there is no spoon provided and usually those who stay bring their own spoon hahaha (it sounds very funny)

The place is comfortable, spacious, there is Netflix. But you don't get hotel slippers and you can hear noise from outside/other rooms

The hotel is nice and pleasant. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. Please note that access at night after 11 pm, when the portal is closed. I will choose this place again when visiting Surabaya.

For those of you who are looking for a hotel in the city center, choose here Staff Assistance: if you want to be extern, there will be a housekeeping officer to change towels, mats, add drinks and coffee, you can add toilet paper. If you want to be swept first, you can. Basically according to our wishes Price: if the price is quite appropriate, yes with the hotel and its service Location: strategic location, near Royal, there are snacks lined up, if you want to find food, you don't have to be confused, it's delicious and cheap, there are also shops and stalls.
