Visual and photos on app are not suitable, the hotel is new building but not well prepare yet! TV, telp, toileteries etc was not working or exist, and badly the areas closed after 22.00 and we have to called staff to open the gate 😂 (not inform before).

The room is nice, clean too.. all facilities are functioning well from the refrigerator, AC, toilet, TV
but why are there still mosquitoes.. please find the cause of the mosquitoes coming in an air-conditioned and closed room...

New hotel. Have stayed 4 times. At the start of my stay, I really liked it because it was spacious and clean. The more things come here, the more it seems like the cleanliness is lacking. There are orange seeds on the table. There was hair in the restroom. It's really a shame. Even though it's comfortable to stay here. The small logo pillow also smells bad. Hopefully you'll pay more attention. Once asked about wifi, when we waited, the staff didn't come to the room, we met him outside our hotel and he was told to bring his cell phone to him. So, is the service really like that?

Hotel rates but it feels like a boarding house, paying for deluxe but getting standard, service like looking after a boarding house.
