The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom doesn't have a water heater. My family wanted to relax and take a warm bath until Maghrib but the water was cold. I asked the customer service and they said they use a solar panel water heater system, hm. The deposit is 150 thousand.

The bathroom is very narrow, the water from the shower splashes. The door is hard to open because it is too narrow. The room is OK, clean.

We were charged 100,000 for being late to check out of the room, and it wasn't even stated that there would be a charge if we were late to check out after 12:15. Since there was no room telephone, the officer knocked on the door at 12:22, and we said yes, they are cleaning up and we'll go down to the lobby in a maximum of 5 minutes. However, when we got downstairs, our deposit of 150,000 was withheld for 100,000 because we were late to check out at 12:26. The receptionist said, the tolerance is only until 12.15, more than that the fine is 100,000, we didn't accept it and there was an argument, I said: Miss should have informed before 12. eh Miss was stubborn and after a long argument she gave our deposit money and said "okay, I'll return all 150 thousand, later I'll replace it with my own money of 100" Preett, I don't believe she will replace it, her style is so rude, she'll probably take it herself if we give her 100 thousand. FYI also, when I checked out there was a young man who lost his iPad/tablet in the room and was complaining in the hotel lobby. Better find another hotel!!! the room is not soundproof, the window faces the GRAVE, there is only a roll of tissue, there will be no table tissue, the hot water if you take a shower at night will not function optimally, aka it won't be hot. + the bedcover and sheet material is really cheap, I swear it's really uncomfortable, like a 100 thousand rupiah sheet. The receptionist's style is EXTREMELY arrogant. The OB played the music really loud when cleaning the next room until it could be heard in the room. Basically, BIG NOOO for this hotel!!!!!

Although this hotel has just opened (coming soon status), it can already be occupied comfortably. The facilities provided are quite adequate for the needs of staying with a fresh and new atmosphere. However, there are several things that need to be considered to improve guest comfort, including: 1. Telephone in the room that is not yet available (important for communication) 2. Hotel slippers that are not yet provided in the room 3. Tea stirrer that is not available, even though tea and coffee are in the room 4. Trash can in the bathroom is missing, which certainly helps guest comfort 5. Some staff need to improve in terms of hospitality, such as greeting guests with a friendlier smile.

The hotel staff is very friendly, I didn't bring a mukena, the staff immediately lent it to me🤗. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, suitable for me who is staying alone while working on college assignments, overall everything is okay, only the hot water is lacking. The water is not too hot.

The hotel is clean, the location is easy to find, the facilities are also ok. Only 1 thing that I think is lacking. At the time of check-out, the deposit money was deducted by 100 thousand because the check-out was past 16 minutes 12.16 even though it was informed that the check-out time limit would be charged 100 thousand if it was until 15.00
