Pleasant stay, in general. The hotel looked like it was just recently refurbished and had not finished yet, though. I hope they can put the final touch to make the room better.

The experience of staying here at first will be quite surprised by the status of its 4 star hotel from traveloka. When I get a room and several places in the hotel area, I think this is a 3 and 2 star hotel class, because the service and the room smells quite bad and looks like damp

First of all, the AC in the lobby was off. The the ac in my room was hot as well!

Reservations via app, with special requests no smooking room & connecting room, but the hotel gave me a room that smells of cigarettes so that I have to open the room door for almost 1 hour, and the service is like a guesthouse not a 4 star hotel, really disappointing, and not recommended to stay at this hotel☹️

The hotel is to old, different from pictures that I see in the application, and they doesn’t have swimming pool, if we want to swim we must walk 20 meters and we pay 40 thousand rupiahs
