It's better to avoid the location (Aeropolis or anywhere in the west of Soekarno-Hatta airport). While it has indeed 5-minute direct access to the airport, it can be closed anytime and you will need an hour of any alternative routes. The staff welcome you warmly and provide necessary information you need. Be careful with shuttle info because the complex, not the hotel, runs it. Thus, it may not be operational without notice. The hotel is using apartment studio units. No electricity socket available for you and prepare yourself for bedbugs.

So clean and the ambiance is good. My kids love to stay but we have to move in central jakarta. Responsived, hospitable and kind staff. 9 out of 10.

They need to start the smile habits and need a little more friendly to the visitor in there. No compliant about the others. Everything is good and looks normal. Thanks for the experiences
