The receptionist service was not very friendly, not wise and the room I ordered did not match the one in the photo as well as the room was very very dirty and not suitable for occupancy. There is no clerk who first cleans the place that will be occupied by guests unlike other inns. So I didn't want to stay there and my money was not returned. And the hotel is not responsible.

The bathroom light is off. No towels and toiletries. The receptionist is also not friendly. And can't believe the e-ticket has been shown. Ask to show proof of transfer. Odd. The point is that all of the services are not satisfactory. Thank you.

The rooms are not clean, lots of cigarette marks. The air conditioner is not cold enough, the door cloth has a lot of holes. The receptionist is not friendly. I want to check out at dawn but no one is there. The mattress and blanket are not clean. With that price, it's not worth the facilities and comfort.

At first it was fine, just around 1 pm I suddenly felt a very itchy itch. Turns out there were mites (fleas) around the mattress and blanket. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Sorry, should have checked the cleanliness of the mattress. The water in the bathroom is dirty and smells bad
