the location is perfect if you’re looking for quite place, shuttle is available every 2 hours to Ubud center, daily activities that you can join, good range of breakfast, they happen to held jazz night when I stayed. But the most important is the service, it feels genuine, I had some complaints about the room in the beginning, probably because of lack of maintenance due to low occupancy during pandemic, but they handled it nicely and moved me to upgraded room with nice view. Shout out to all the staff, from front office, restaurant, spa, activities, for their kind attention. Definitely recommend this hotel!

One of the best of its price Range in Ubud. Loved love love the all you can eat breakfast like a King. The room is great, clean fresh sheets, towels, bathrobes, nice slippers, complete with ironing equipment! Never thought of using iron in a note but I actually did. Nice chic sofa, good pool view upgrade, nice restaurant view overlooking the river. Great free different activity every day for the guests. Very helpful and friendly staffs, I would comeback for staycation whenever Traveloka offer discount promo again

Saya tiba disaat sedang sering hujan. Pekarangan hotel tidak luas, dan hotel posisinya di tebing sungai, sehingga tidak banyak aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan pada outdoor hotel. Bangun pagi saya biasanya jogging keliling hotel, namun agak sulit dilakukan di sini. Untuk sekelas hotel bintang 5, menu pilihan sarapan kurang variatif menurut saya.

The service is very nice, the room is big and clean. But I think the lady at the reception a bit confused me. At the time I checked in she asked my cc to put deposit 3 million IDR for 2 night stay. But when I had my dinner at the bar they said I had never put deposit and asked the receipt 😁.

Fasilitas hotel sangat baik di lokasi yang sangat tenang. Kamar bersih. Exhaust fan kamar mandi tidak berfungsi tapi segera diganti yang baru saat kami sampaikan hal ini ke receptionist. Di menu sarapan disajikan menu khas Bali, Western, India, dan lain-lain. Pilihannya banyak sekali.

Clean and spacious room with Balcony. Equipped with refrigerator and hairdryer. Free Shuttle to and from Hotel and Coco Market at Monkey forest @Ubud every 2 hours from 9 am through 9 pm.
