honest review I checked in because of a business trip because I checked in at 8 pm and checked out at 7 am 1. when checking in, put your ID card/deposit of 100,000 (I think this is no longer the case because in some hotels outside, we only take a photo of our ID card) 2. in the room, big room, I love it tv works well, air conditioner is cold, but the cleanliness of the yellow bedsheets, and the inside of the blanket is a bit sandy, which means it is not cleaned properly, the pillows are sagging/flat 3. bathroom, hot water is lukewarm or cold when the exhaust is on, so taking a shower is even colder 4. the front glass of the sink has no lights, so the large mirror in the toilet is useless..can't be used for dressing up either.. amenities are not available, so if you want to stay here, bring your own amenities

Good location. City center. Clean lobby, nice staff, large room space. There is a 100K deposit when checking in. Minuses: bedroom needs to be renovated, lots of stains on the walls, mattress needs to be replaced because it sags in the middle. No hot water in the bathroom. If it's just for a short stay of 1 night or need to lie down for a while, it's enough. I stayed alone, checked in at 14:00 and was out at 19:00. You get what you paid for

Actually, the rooms at Oyo Townhouse 2 Gunung Sahari are comfortable and spacious, but FACILITIES such as: soap, towels, mats, glasses, and even towels are not available, you have to make a fuss to ask downstairs because the room phone is not active.

Cleanliness and facilities are 0. Not suitable for use, dirty and smelly mattress, lots of stains on the mattress, walls and curtains, the elevator door sensor doesn't work twice, I almost got trapped. I only used the room for 2 hours, the rest I left. And 2 days were just wasted.

price 290 dirty and smelly room, lots of dust and dirt on the floor, the cupboard has been eaten by termites, no soap available, broken TV, shower not working properly, scary atmosphere, dull and narrow elevator, dirty bed, I moved rooms 5 times because it was uncomfortable. Other customers also canceled their stay when I saw it because it was dirty in front of the hotel, there were many like call girls

Req to check in at 1, but still served at 2. The room does not provide drinking water, toothpaste and toothbrush. There are spots on the bed sheets, besides the elevator has been stuck so it is quite dangerous. strategic location.. Please improve the service and comfort. Thank you.
