The place is located at the back of the main house, you will pass a dirty narrow way and stairs, which is not really convenient when you have a luggage with you. No cancellation and no refunds if you don't like their disagreeable place.

I booked for my sister and she brought a 1 year old baby, according to her the guard was friendly and nice, but because they ran out of rooms she got one on the 4th floor, it was quite tiring because she brought a baby

for me everything is okay... for staying overnight for a day it's okay... everything is clean... the AC is on... there are a few mosquitoes... but when the AC is on... the mosquitoes are gone... but everything is nice

Hi Ricky, thank you for your positive review. Pls note that we have bigger rooms starting from 16SM. Our Junior Suite comes with a Queen size bed, sofa and living room. Executive Suite comes with a Queen size bed, 2 seater sofa bed and a living room. Thank you Susilo Residence 10

The room is ok, quite clean and has enough space. However, the bathroom is too small for adults so it is a bit difficult to take a shower (too tight), then unfortunately the water heater is not used because when it is turned on the electricity goes out immediately (even though the AC and lights have been turned off). The cleanliness in the hotel area is also not well maintained, especially on the lower floors, the road access to the hotel is also blocked in the morning and evening (a bit difficult for MUA needs), then suddenly there is a car parking fee of 20,000 which was previously not in the hotel's detailed information and the security guard/vehicle guard is also not very friendly. But the receptionist is friendly and very helpful even though she looks old. Maybe next time you can have a male employee for other needs such as helping to lift heavy items, especially if you get a room on the 4th floor considering the stairs access is quite difficult if you bring large and heavy items such as suitcases.

Hi Kharisman, we have investigated your feedback. Our findings are 1) You book 1 single for 1 guest and you bring another guest. Our staff inform you the room you booked is for 1 guest only.. 2) You are unhappy about it and insist. 3) You and your guest both dirty the toilet. 4) TV is working fine bcoz the next guest has no problem watching TV. We thrust our guests' genuine feedback with respect and seriousness. You have broken our house policy against our staff's advice. We believe this is a retaliatory feedback. We will take this up with Traveloka. Susilo Residence 10.

Disappointed with the service, I booked a room with breakfast from Traveloka, but they said there was no breakfast provided. Wifi: I forgot to ask, but there was no initiative to give the voucher. This 100K deposit was my mistake, I transferred it via QRIS, the receptionist said it should be cash> I had already transferred it and it could not be returned for the deposit because the transfer was via QRIS. Yes, double disappointed. 1. Didn't get breakfast even though I ordered one with breakfast. 2. The deposit was not returned. The money was not much but I was disappointed with the service, the rest let the stars do the talking

Dear Amin, our accommodation does not and will never ask for any deposit from any of our guests. Can you provide the name of the staff that asked for the deposit? Also as advertised, the room charge does not include any breakfast. We have the reservation to proof Breakfast is not included. We also provide free wifi to all our guests. I strong suggest you take this matter up with Traveloka and let them investigate. We will also be asking Traveloka to investigate regarding this matter bcoz we take every complaints very seriously. I really like staying here, it's strategic, easy to go anywhere, it's close to Citra Land Mall, there are also lots of food stalls around so you don't have to worry about getting hungry, oh yeah, this is the 4th time I've stayed here. 🙏

For the price of accommodation of 200 thousand, you can't expect more. According to the price. But at least the cleanliness of the room and the accommodation area should be better maintained. And the condition of the room does not match the one in the photo with the room I chose which is the executive suite. The right is in accordance with the conditions in the photo. And the staff should try to be friendlier. Car parking must be paid for a day of 20 thousand.

The boarding house staff are very friendly, but the boarding house is very dirty in the bathroom. Many worms and centipedes climb up. The smell of the sewer rises which disturbs the comfort of sleeping. Maybe in the future the cleanliness of the boarding house can be improved again.

Hi we have checked our reservation and there was no booking from Jul 28 to Aug 9 from you. We have guests staying longer than this period did not raise any issues such as the ones you have mentioned. In fact we also have a guest rated us a 10 whose stay was from Jul 31 to Aug 1. We pride ourselves providing an affordable, comfortable and pleasant stay in our property.
