Svarga Resort Lombok

VERY MEDIOCRE. Absolutely not worth the price they're charging. Stayed here for 4 nights in January 2025 and this place is in serious need of maintenance, repair, upgrade and training of staff. - Unhelpful receptionist that gave us useless directions to the room instead of showing us there - Rooms need some serious work: outlets falling apart, leaking ceiling, TV didn't work, bathroom needs to have a shower and a bathtub (not one or the other), bathroom needs better lightning. - We paid extra for a room with a private pool. The pool doesn't seem very private at all with low walls and a lack of greenery to cover the area. There was also a room above us so anyone looking down from above would pretty much remove any level of privacy. - Housekeeping cleaned the room and didn't replace the towels with new ones. Had to call to ask for new towels. This happened two days in a row. - Breakfast consisted of a limited selection. Food was stale, not fresh and badly-made. This place seems like the kind of resort that someone built to make money and didn't bother keeping up with maintenance or training staff properly. For this price point, I expected much, much better.

I booked the superior room with double bed and non-smoking room. • There was a technical issue during our check in, the double bed was unavailable, but when I requested to change then they made it available. I’ve no idea why the staff provided us the twin bed earlier but they merged it, instead of providing us the double bed on the 1st place. • Their breakfasts have a lot of variants, bread, eggs, and Indonesian foods, but please provide fresh fruits instead. • The staffs are nice, helpful, but somehow they gave us the answers with hesitation. • The hotel most likely like villa and comfy, the thing that needs to be upgraded is having safe lift and floors for guests. It’s a bit dangerous for old ppl. • The location was closed to Senggigi point, and can ride 30min to go around Mataram. We also can go around by grab or motorcycle to enjoy beach club around Senggigi.

The food are good, staff helpful and nice, you should try their spa, it was good after spending a day outside

Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in and welcome ginger lemon grass tea. Rooms were spectacular and views from every room. Would recommend to all.

Helpful very friendly and helpful. Room was good but so many ants in the room and AC was not really cool.
