request queen single bed but instead replaced with a smaller room.. a bit disappointed but friendly service. finally asked to change according to the order.. pest control needs to be considered because many ants enter the room, reducing comfort.. overall okay. but keep improving.. always be successful

The facilities are very good and clean. It's just that the parking attendants and security in front are less cooperative during the night shift when the exit is closed, there is no notification and just stay in place leaving visitors confused because it is rather difficult to turn around (the front parking lot is full and close to the exit), and when asked they just say "it's closed ma'am" and there is no greeting or friendly help when my vehicle leaves the hotel that night
