Good, close to the UIN Jakarta campus. There is breakfast, there are rooms for families.

Hotel rooms seem unkempt, bathrooms are worse not maintained. The alley between the rooms has electric cables hanging. There is a perforated ceiling.

When I arrived, it was quiet, in the campus area, so it was a bit spooky. Friendly service, pretty good breakfast.
