Overrated. With the price paid, not worth it. Even the room was facing wall, not even mountain or lake. The food choices during breakfast are bare minimum and doesn't taste great.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and isolated. Hard to find food elsewhere unless the hotel itself. The breakfast is local taste which is a bit spicy and not an international breakfast type. The room has a lot of ants so I cannot put food or drinks on the table. But the hotel offers great view and activities

View from hotel 10/10. Front office staff 3/10. Resturant 4/10. Room 2/10. Coffee production and farm 9/10. Cleanliness 6/10. Value for money 4/10. Arrogant staff not friendly especially front office and resturant. Expect additional payments. Bedbugs. Avarage food quality. One tree hill is a joke with an amazing view.

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. When I was sick they accompanied me to the nearby clinic and offered all the kind help. The views are spectacular.

Good places with great view, you can directly see Toba Lake with many point of view. Better book your room in Tonging View rather than ini Waterfalls View and don't forget to visit one three hills before going back. Food also good. Very recommended! Don't forget to bring your jacket because you cannot turning off the (natural) AC 😂

The views are undoubtedly stunning. But everything else is questionable. Breakfast was so-so. Room was spacious but when they said no view, literally none. Hot water needed major improvement. The front desk staff really tested your patience. Between hotel room and lobby, there wasn't always a buggy standby (the pave was too steep to walk back and forth for my elderly mom). Must have your own transport to navigate around the resort. Been here 3 times and felt like the service got worse.

The resort has the best view but unfortunately the hotel facility was not well maintained and the electric shutdown repeatedly during stayed at there.
