Employee not staying 24 hours. So if you check in late no one help. You must call them before 10 pm. Strategic place from kuta beach. The place like kos.

Dirty hotel. No room cleaning at all on my 10 nights of stay. Room. Cleaning at extra charges. No tissue provided. Room is dirty and creepy not to mention the toilet. Beed sheet is dirty. I have to check out early by 2 days due to not feeling comfortable. Overall totally not recommended hotel in Bali.

We were expecting the same room as the one we stayed back in 2013 (that cleanness and good room), only to find out that all rooms were downgraded below our expectation (like nobody cares at all about the condition of room). We booked for 5 nights, and had to live with mosquitoes all day long. My wife had to mosquito-hunting all night long, butchered over 68 mosquito throughout all 5 nights of our stay, even when I had plugged in 2 mosquitoes repellent. Bathroom was the worse, the smell was worse than public toilet. I had to buy 3 external bulbs just so the room has enough light at day and night when curtain is closed. Pool was not clean but okay since they don't frequently change the water. Breakfasts were pretty much the same every single morning, we could even guess correctly what foods would've been served on 3rd to 5th day. Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent to breakfast room or those mosquito would be having fest. The 2 good things I can say about this hotel is customer service. We were able to get early check in, as early as 09.00AM without extra charges. and location which is just right to go everywhere. Restaurants are easily accessible within walking distance.
