This was my first hotel to Bali, it was still nice and luxurious and the price was also appropriate. And yeah now I miss it and want to come here again, it turns out it's not like before, the price has also dropped drastically. But it still managed to make memories with my harmonious family feel again. Thank you🙏🏻

This hotel was onces one of the best hotel in this area. But the covid19 lock down ruined the entire hotel. The wall is destroyed, it stanks everywhere, both inside and outside the room. Water dripped from the air conditioner and flooded the floor in the room. I was fooled by the pictures from their website. I couldn't get my refund. At the end I need to change hotel. 0 star - not recommended for all types tourist. Unless you like to live in sewer! 🚨

The toilet is clogged. The receptionist is very unfriendly. You guys work. You work and get paid by us staying there. So serve us properly and be friendly! This is my worst experience. Very bad. A hotel that is not worth living in!

the price is cheap, I got a price of 130,000 per night for the Legian area, it's the cheapest, spacious and comfortable but there is no lift and access is by stairs, there are lots of employees but the lobby area and stairs are never cleaned

very dirty, not suitable for photos. I requested for pregnant women on the lower floor but they gave me the 3rd floor. The swimming pool is dirty. It looks like a dirty apartment, not like a hotel.

Employee not staying 24 hours. So if you check in late no one help. You must call them before 10 pm. Strategic place from kuta beach. The place like kos.

Sorry, there are no photos. Because I arrived at night and I was really tired. But to be honest, my review is the same as other people who have been here. Not the same as in the photo, the elevator cannot be used. The room hallways are very creepy and seem scary. Many lights are off and other things are not good. The door to the room also had a hole, just patched with paper. It endangers guests. Even though the room is quite comfortable. I just couldn't find the atmosphere, the building, the lights, it was outdated and I couldn't find all the facilities listed on the app. Examples include hairdryers and towels that are torn and poorly maintained. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and this place will get better. Luckily it was only one night because there was no choice because we arrived in Bali early in the morning. Thank You.

The toilet was clogged, the room environment was dirty and smelly (the trash in front of the room was not thrown away), the public toilet was dirty and the lights were off. And the most uncomfortable thing was that it was really scary 😭 I couldn't sleep because of the many disturbances.

The hotel has never been cleaned dirty like an old hotel, the employees are lazy and unfriendly, the bathroom is dirty, the towels are smelly, the sheets and pillowcases are dirty, there is no doormat in the bathroom, the TV is broken, the receptionist told me that on the day Checking in until checking out wasn't correct and then there wasn't any WiFi even though you clearly saw it on the free WiFi app, no longer staying here even though the location is strategic. This hotel is crazy, it's really bad. There are lots of things in the corner near the stairs.

The first time I stayed before the pandemic was still okay. After the pandemic, to be precise yesterday the room was dirty, the hallways were dirty. Dirty. Scary. Many foreign tourists stayed for a long time. The building is not maintained, smelly. The door to the balcony was broken, could not be opened and closed and made noises because of the wind. The elevator was not working. Just a few hours after checking in, I immediately checked out and chose to find another place to stay. Because it was scary. Even if I asked to move rooms, it was still scary.
