Nice new hotel. Hotel in a very strategic location just 200m from jatim park 1 and museum angkut. Very recommended for family vacation. Room is nice and very clean too.

Highly recommended if you are traveling with friends. The location couldn't get any better since it is between popular theme parks a.k.a Jatimparks. The staffs are very helpful with anything. Shuttle is also available with affordable price. We played billiard in their lobby and we had so much fun

The restaurant is not good, it is open 24 hours but not always ready, I want to order it is difficult, I want to pay but no one is there, and at 2 am I was asked for the restaurant bill, and I was called repeatedly until my rest was disturbed. If they want to open 24 hours. They should be prepared.

For the view, it's 10/10 But it's a shame the TV doesn't work, there's no signal and it's blurry. For breakfast, it's really okay💕 the sweetness is just right But the food is a bit salty, but overall it's all okay Oh yeah, the sandals are nice but it's a shame I couldn't take them home.

interesting to stay here restaurant food suits the tongue swimming pool has a jacuzzi so kids can soak there but there is no sports area yet 😁 provide a gym input: 1. hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough 2. tv channels are still local 3. wifi often disconnects 4. the twin bed mattress is too small..😴 5. then why can't sandals be taken home 🤪 can be used for promotion if customers take them home....

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the kids always like it because there is a hot water jacuzzi in the swimming pool, we got a top room with a breathtaking view of Bukit Bintang, the food is delicious, the room is clean, if we go to Batu we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Superior king pool access room + clean & nice room. There is a refrigerator, suitable for bringing a baby to store food & breast milk. Because bringing a small child can request a room in front of the children's pool. So the child can swim directly - lots of flies and ants on the terrace
