Was here for staycation with my hubby. We stayed for 3d2n at The premiere room, it wasn't spacious but we love the view from our room. Bathroom amenities was so lovely since they gave sensatia botanica as a body care. You must try soaking with a view in rooftop jacuzzi. Their breakfast was tasty but lack of variety. Overall Our experience was enjoyable.

Clean room, great swimming pool, nice breakfast, friendly staffs, even able to check-in on time at 2pm (as many reviewed that check-in time is one of the weakness of this hotel). Overall was a good staycation experience except that the outdoor facility is too few for a 5star hotel. But good that to compensate this, guests are allowed to use Pesona Alam's facility.

We are spending our weekend to stay at this brand new hotel at Pesona Alam Resorts area. While we are stay, they are just in time running the Grand Opening on Sunday 10/10. Match with the names of this hotel, with a really nice view of Puncak and a lot of green trees, it's more than a worthy for the room prices. Decorated with nature and Japanese style of interior, Botanical Sanctuary definitely became my favorites Hotel to stay at Puncak. For the breakfast you'll have too many options for the menu 😅, taste was good and the restaurant was awesome with morning view, even better they are giving us cute little plants as a gift! Maybe to put us on the pressure when we back home, cause indeed it make us thinking of coming back for more 😁. Thanks for the hospitality Botanical Sanctuary, Congratulations for the Grand Opening! 🎉

Everything is okay, highly recommended for a vacation with children, there is a hot water pool, my child really enjoyed it and didn't want to go home, got free decorations and a slice of cake for my husband's birthday, will definitely come back again

impressive stay experience! we booked a deluxe room with an additional note for a disable room, because for disable rooms only available in deluxe. the room is the first room from the lobby and not far from the elevator. The bathroom is equipped with a handle and a plastic chair for bathing. the overall hotel landscape is also very friendly for wheelchairs, there are no unimportant stairs. almost all are sloping. the staff are also friendly and very helpful during our stay at the hotel. the area around the hotel is also very cool for a leisurely walk. the distance not far from the safari park also makes this hotel even cooler! thank you botanica ❤

This hotel is better for adult family gathering or people who want to honeymoon or business. But for children it is not suitable because the facilities are lacking and the way the staff from the hotel receptionist and restaurant are not kids friendly. Overall good if you need peace. Thank you.

It's a pity we didn't get the garden view with our Superior Room. However, the room was spacious, clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. I was most impressed with Pak Risman's service. He was staffing when we had breakfast at The Botanica. The choice of menu was excellent here. We definitely recommend this place & will return in the future.

All services, room conditions, staff & food are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only minus is that the snacks & drinks provided in the room are paid for without prior notification, so you pay when you check out & it's like being trapped, huh🤣🤣🙃

Badabest all if the price was a little cheaper maybe I would stay here all the time when I go to Puncak instead of having to go up to a 5 star hotel in Cipanas. Asked for late check-out at 1 am and was given and at 1 pm the room was ready and I could check in straight away.
