When I arrived at hotel, the hotel was so nice, the view is amazing. everything is good.

The view is great, directly to the mountain and lake from the room balcony. It's just that the receptionist is not very responsive. They said that they could WA 24 hours, but it turned out that until check out, no WA was answered from us.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room is great. It's quite comfortable, only the flies make it uncomfortable. The bathroom is a wet type. The location is right for hanging out, close to the mini market, and also close to it. If you want to see the view, you don't need to go far from the room. No AC but it's cool, the downside is the bathroom is very wet and there are lots of flies, I think you need Rentokill

There are mice in the room that make it hard to sleep. I apologize in advance, the room should have been cleaned before guests came in, there were mice under the bed at night roaming around in the room, hopefully in the future it will be better🙏🏽

The room is located in the Kintamani area. Overall the room is spacious and comfortable. From experience, the bedroom is soundproof but the bathroom is not soundproof. There is a TV, hot water, balcony facilities, chairs and the room faces the beautiful and pretty mountain view. The employee service is good, payment can only be cash and transfer, not QRIS. The downside is that the towels are not clean, there are brown spots, the hinges on the balcony side of the room door are broken and cannot be locked.
