Place in the city center easy to find available many food around near the mall too, the room is very spacious there is one bedroom and living room and balcony. Large windows. Facilities and prices are appropriate. It's just that maybe some furniture is a bit old so it's not too sturdy. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Neat. Cold AC. Good enough. Suitable for family vacations with the size of the room.

The first room on the top floor was full of cockroaches, luckily the renovation was good, we were allowed to change rooms even though they weren't the same... but they were quite big and clean.

One of the favorite staycation places, the place is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, close to culinary places, also close to Ciputra Mall or Central Park. What needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bathroom smells a little bit of urine.

For the umpteenth time, I had a staycation at Gloria Suites Grogol. The room was quite clean, the staff was friendly, but the only thing that was a bit scary was the elevator, maybe it needs to be fixed. When you get on the elevator, there is a vibration that makes you panic.

For the first time stayaction with a very bad experience, Fo is quite friendly, when entering the room it is very neat, but when going to the bathroom, the toilet is not functioning properly, if you want to clean yourself you have to take a shower first 🤣 there is only 1 toothpaste for brushing your teeth, there is no tissue, only available in the bathroom, the hallway of the room is quite noisy, there are many young people walking around chatting while laughing and can be heard into the room. This is very disturbing to other guests' rest.

The room was dusty, there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom and around it, the mattress didn't seem to have been cleaned (it hadn't been used for a long time) so there was a lot of dust sticking to it and my kids kept sneezing! It was really uncomfortable and it turned out to not match the picture on the traveloka room! If you want a comfortable room, it's better to book a room directly with the hotel.
