The staff who helped check-in were fast and responsive via WA. But unfortunately the apartment room was very uncomfortable. There were no curtains to close the balcony door, it was too bright. The wall next to the bed was a bit black, it looked dirty. In addition, the room's AC was difficult to turn on for some reason. The price is cheap according to the quality. 2 bottles of mineral water are provided

Staff only serve in the lobby, do not escort to the room. The room is just basic according to the price. The condition of the walls is dirty, the mattress is not clean, there is no furniture or kitchen set, the water heater does not function properly, there is no smart TV, cannot access the balcony.

Dirty room, smelly, lots of dirty things on the bed like hair. The bathroom smells, especially the toilet is super dirty, not cleaned, there is still dirt. The check in service is also very long and complicated. Very not recommended
