I tried the club premiere room, and the benefit was awesome! there was tea time, evening light dinner and wonderful breakfast! Well spent staycatiom! Their food was really good! Will come back after the pandemic! But the wifi is not really stable in my room

A hotel with a very strategic location, located in the Trans Studio Mall arena, makes it easy to shop and eat, has complete facilities, comfortable, clean rooms, a swimming pool equipped with a sandpit makes children feel at home there for a long time, as well as good service from the hotel staff.

One of the best family friendly hotels in Bandung. The pools are varied, making kids enjoy playing in the water, there are weekend activities, close to Trans Studio Bandung, so you don't need to go anywhere else to find food, shopping, etc.

The room is not very fragrant, it smells really bad of cigarettes. It is a smoking room, but at least there should be no cigarette smell when you enter. There is no air freshener.

Luxury hotel. Parking around the hotel is lacking, have to park in the mall basement. In the hotel basement, there are mostly valets. During my stay, this is the first time valet was charged 50 thousand.
