We recently stayed at Tira Vilagna Suites in the Kintamani mountain area and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is beautiful and offers a serene environment, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy the stunning mountain views. However, I did feel that the hotel could improve in a few areas. Firstly, there wasn't enough clear information on how to use the lift from the lobby. A simple guide or sign would be helpful for guests unfamiliar with the layout. Additionally, while there is a piano available, it was unfortunate that it wasn't being played, and I thought a karaoke room would be a great addition to liven up the atmosphere. An Android TV in the rooms could also be a nice touch to enhance the guest experience. That said, I appreciated the efforts of the staff, and I'm sure these small improvements will make future stays even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to returning!

Very quiet place, typical forest sounds. Really relaxed and comfortable. The food is delicious and the ingredients are fresh, the fried bananas are a winner, the staff are friendly, thank you. Great experience

The place is so nice, you can spend hours at cafe area. The place is designed for those who have strong legs as there are lots of stairs to the rooms😁, but it's still a very nice place to stay at. The weather is nice, not hot and cold enough. The room is nice & clean. The food is good… over all me & family are very satisfied with everything

The villa is tranquil and calm. It is highly recommended to those who'd like a quite retreat in the midst of nature. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. There is a spa facility as well. There 's also a meeting room that can probably sit 15-20 people, if you need such a facility.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was super fine, the staff was very helpful and friendly. This is the place for you for a retreat. No AC, no TV needed. You can chill in so many spots here; Next to the koi, or at the bar, or at the balcony—all has great views. The food was also amazing. 10/10 will recommend you to stay here. Pro tip: better to reach the place before sunset because the road is dark (but OK) and if you go too late, the fog will blur your vision (but understandable before it's technically in the forest)

Kamarnya sangat luas dan bersih. Lingkungan hotelnya juga sangat indah dan kondisi sekitarnya benar-benar tenang, sehingga cocok untuk bersantai. Hanya saja hotel ini tidak cocok untuk orang yang lanjut usia karena akses menuju kamar harus melalui banyak anak tangga.

Not recommend for family. They charged more for over 2 person who stay. I stayed with my wife and 2 daughters. I must pay Extra bed and penalty for over person stay, so totally price (for me) is too expensive for family stay.

Tempat penginapan yang memberikan kenyamanan. Tempatnya mantap! Eksterior dan interiornya luar biasa. Tempat yang cocok untuk sendirian, berdua, bersama kolega, bahkan bersama keluarga. Tempat peristirahatan bagi orang-orang yang membutuhkan istirahat sejenak dari kepenatan. Benar-benar tempat untuk istirahat.

I'm coming with no high expectations about this hotel, but it comes so amazingly. The photos on the app and instagram, not as amazing as the real ones. I think you must take photoshoot session onece more 😄. The details are so nice, every corner was so beautiful. The room, the bathroom, the ambience is 10/10 😄. The food and restaurant was so nice. I also bring an european family member, he also said that the food and the moctail was so good. Thank you for a pleasant stay, I really recommend the hotel 👍🙌. And also, you can go to Pinggan village for an amazing sunrise and morning view.
