I did not expect the place was that big, with two swimming pools! The ambience is so Bali, surrounded by green view, this place is perfect for relaxing. There are many good food nearby, the staffs are friendly. Love staying here

Stayed only 1 night here with the initial booking of a standard room, but when checking in was upgraded to a suite room. The location of the lowest room is right in front of the swimming pool. Initially it was okay, but the uncomfortable atmosphere of the room made it less than comfortable to rest well at night. Next time maybe if there is a vacation to Malang again, just take a standard room.

no information if there are 2 lobbies, certain rooms check in at different reception lobbies so back and forth, even though there is a shuttle when just checked in, the trash can in the room was still full there are not enough dining tables for guests during breakfast

Very Balinese vibes, beautiful 👌🏻 Spacious room, complete facilities Notes: 1. Order a double bed, get a twin bed when approached, confirm that the receptionist said it was true 2. Need to improve room cleanliness (dust, sawang2 in the room), the lower room is a bit damp 3. Food arrangement and presentation need to be improved, for the taste of the food is okay 4. Tablecloths and restaurant chair covers can probably be washed periodically

It's okay to stay here, quite satisfied. It's just that when I stayed in room 105 yesterday, it turned out that the TV didn't work. I contacted engineering and the reason was because it was being repaired. Even though the other rooms could. There was no compensation anymore, the atmosphere in the room was quiet, there was no entertainment. If possible, add gym facilities for exercise

Stayed overnight with family and parents got a room with a view of the pool and river, the atmosphere is similar to Bali. The room is big and clean. The hotel staff service is very friendly, got breakfast, the place is a bit far from the hotel but there is a pick-up and drop-off service. Great, I want to vacation here again another time, the place is close to the city center.

This is my second time that I stayed in Ubud. The first time I stayed in the lodge. The hotel area is very quiet and safe. There is a security which is always patrolling around, that's why I chose to come here again. I stayed on the first floor. My room was very big, but there wasn't natural sunlight coming in that much. The bathroom didn't have a window, which is actually not that bad, I just struggled to put on make up there. I had the swimming pools right in front of my room. Which was very cool. There was Balinese music playing all day. It started to annoy me after a couple days, because it was playing until 11 pm and then they turned on the music again sometimes at 4:30 am. The room cleaners were always friendly, the service is amazing. The food was delicious, but the variety was always very similar. The hotel area is very clean and green. The hotel area gives you Bali vibes. All in all I loves to stay here!

It's really fun to stay at Ubud cottage and hotel, it feels like you're not going back to your hometown, the concept is really made very Balinese so it feels like you're still at home.. The staff are also friendly even though they wear Kamen but they have a strong Javanese accent🤭 but it's really a shame that the front desk (for guests) shouldn't be used for hanging out with staff playing with their cellphones so I had to wait a long time to ask because I thought the guest wanted to check in but it turned out the staff was playing with their cellphones next time please pay attention to this matter, bli

got a room under number 414 family classic. the room is spacious. the view can see the river and the swimming pool below. overall staying here is nice. the food is varied and tastes good. The restaurant is in the cottage area, so later there you can ride a golf car escorted by the staff. Booking on traveloka is cheaper than walk in.
