There is no Entry Barrier, no Trash Can but the receptionist is willing to leave trash, the swimming pool is quite good but no towels are provided, the bathroom is also locked. There is not much variety for breakfast, even for rice, oh my, I have no appetite so the side dishes are really minimal 🤣🤣. Actually for a hotel price of around 900 thousand, I give it a score of 4, sorry. But I give the stars above which are quite good so that your business can continue to exist.

Staff are friendly especially front desk. But needs more work with the bathrooms. Found few mosquitoes inside the bedroom. Overall Veranda is a nice places for family staycations.

I was there by 14:00 pm but the room not ready yet, coming back and forward to the reception until several time but the room not ready yet until 16:00. The room is ready around 18:00, how inconvenient. No complimentary, only sorry, even when I was there to check out only have one staff in the front desk. Need more hospitality staff and how to make people satisfaction. Even the location was very good, but the staff need more people and get trained about how to handle about customer satisfaction.

The handling of WiFi interference in the room I occupied was not complete at all, I stayed for 2 nights, until check out there was still no repair, the reason from the technician was that everything was having problems, while I booked 2 rooms at that time, in the other room there was no WiFi interference at all. It was very unfortunate because the children wanted to watch YouTube on the hotel room TV so they couldn't at all.
