Villa by Illa Hotel at Vimala Hills

Very disappointing for a villa worth 4 million at the peak. Won't be back here again. Trying to hold responsibility before writing this message on traveloka, but ignored and considered trivial will be called back but not responded to for almost a month. 1. I check in the night at 21:00. Before I got there, I called the receptionist to ask what time the restaurant closed and was answered closed at 22:00 last order 21.30 because we thought if there was a restaurant in the vimala hills complex, it would be better to eat there so that after eating we could immediately rest close to the villa because we were all already very tired. It turned out that after we checked in and arrived at the restaurant at 21:15, the restaurant said that the restaurant had closed from 21.00 and the last order was at 20:30. We have protested to the restaurant on the basis of asking the receptionist that the restaurant last order at 21:30. But our protest was ignored, finally we had to find food elsewhere. Receptionis and restaurant coordination is very bad. 2. The villa consists of 3 rooms all of which have ac. When we turned on the ac in all the rooms and the ac in the middle of the room, my aunt who had finished shampooing wanted to dry her hair using a hair dryer, but when the hair dryer turned on all the electricity went out, I turned on the fuse, turned on the hairdryer, died again, and so on. We called the villa technician to help with our problem, the villa technician came 2 people and could not provide solutions for our electricity. In fact, the 2 technicians corrected that the villa's electricity was indeed not strong and often died from before. Many customers and customers have protested. But the villa who saw it did not care and did not take any steps / actions to prevent / fix this electricity problem. So that this continues to occur repeatedly and disrupt consumer convenience. 3. Inside the villa there is a cooker facility for cooking, but we are not provided with dishes and utensils at all. When we protested at checkout, the receptionist answered with the words "sorry my friend forgot". For villas with a price of Rp 4,000,000 / night in my opinion the answer is not very professional. This is not a cheap class villa. I want to stay here because I know there is a price and there are facilities and the results are very contradictory. Although we are given a discount for the next visit, but we will not come here again. What should be given is a discount / cost compensation / refund (though not full). I will not stay here again and strongly recommend it to my friends and family.

The villa is okay for a holiday with family, We stayed at Bromo but it was very regrettable when the smell from the toilet seemed to evaporate out to the room so it was very annoying and uncomfortable. Everything's okay.

The price is according to the place. No need to jam the toll right out of the way. Very extensive facilities a lot. The employees are really nice too! Clean the place too. I will be back soon.

The villa pass is not clean but we called the clerk for cleaning. Don't have slippers in the villa? What we ended up looking for was to buy sandals.

It was so disappointing. I booked a 3 bed room villa for 2 nights, it was B I/19. The villa was dirty. The worst part was the smell; so horrible. I asked the staff to clean the room but nothing changed. Also, it was surprising that for 3.5mio per night villa, they did not provide a daily cleaning service. The only good part about Villa Vimala Hills was the exterior and thematic parks, the rest was big no. I won't come back.

It's not recommended to stay here ,, I want to stay 5 days by paying 1 day 3 days but I don't get good service, there is no gas canister to cook with my kids so I can't cook, no hair dryer, tv it can't be watched, the couch and the sheets are dirty and smelly, no coffee and tea is provided and what is worse when the night dies the new 30-minute lamp is served contacting the old officer because there is no telephone line directly to the operator so every phone call and how our pulses can be imagined long response. Not in accordance with the info 24-hour service (when contacted at midnight all employees have returned), there is no manager on duty who oversees only office boys who are less experienced and not educated specifically, very not in accordance with the info as a 4 star hotel. Finally I decided to just checking out a day, just one day is very memorable as a nightmare.

Very disappointing! As in the photo, I think the villa turned out to be a house that was rented out (managed by "hotel management") dirty house, lots of barrel, kitchen sink clogged up to flooding everywhere (engineering try to fix it for 3 hours, the reason the water trap is clogged, but it didn't work either) the most severe, expectations of villa rentals can cook on their own. It turned out that even though the stove was provided (without gas!), The management and owner of the house were not allowed to cook. This is my worst short getaway experience, added because I brought my wife and child still small. I decided to go back to Jakarta the next morning. When checking out, the hotel employee bribed "apologize" to me by giving me a hotel voucher and e-toll. I take it because I don't want their other employees to abuse. 3 million / night will be cheap if my family and I have a pleasant experience, but like this it feels very expensive.

Modern and nice house, but not right for holidays, the atmosphere is like a housing complex not like a villa, quiet and far away to the swimming pool facilities and others. You have to use a car for about 5 minutes, housekeeping on request.

Very disappointing. The place is dusty and dirty not cleaned before we arrive. Luckily we didn't stay overnight. My parents couldn't rest at all because the place was dirty and dusty. For the price of 1. 7 the whole experience is far below the expectations. Will not come here again.

There is a stove but it can't be used as a villa theme but everything is rented.

Actually the environment is really good, there are lots of clusters and the buildings are good (beyond the good expectations) there is a rest area until there, there are internet, gym, pool and others in the club house. But in my villa, in my opinion, it is less comfortable in terms of the bed, the pillows are hard, the bathroom is good, the bathtub, but the smell, the TV is not wired borrowed stove. The park is really good, there are all geese. If the interior is blended and the bed is made more comfortable, it will be really good plus the bathroom is diligently cleaned so it doesn't smell.

Very disappointed because the stove in the villa shown in the photo is only for decoration, there is no gas. A few days before the arrival, the management had asked about cooking, but only read it, no reply. Until there can not cook. Surprisingly the management person offered a portable stove and cooking utensils very simply by paying 350,000. Very absurd! The lights went out 4 times and it was quite long until it was finished being repaired by the ME team. There is only 1 swimming pool in the club house and when we want to use it we can't because it is used for weddings. really very disappointing. Not recommended.
