Overall is very dissapointed! I never want to go back to this Villa, sorry. Look at the breakfast! seems so kampungan and cheap. The gas ran out and was not replaced immediately, Waiting for the gas until I was hungry. Horror vibes, sorry to say my husband happens to be indigo, saw too many ghosts on the 2nd floor π«£

were sorry for the inconvenience you and your family has faced. breakfast is according to the price we sell we dont provide buffet breakfast for 6 people with the price we sell. for gas we sincerely apologise we will try to do our best in the future to prevent this to happen. but for guest's capability to see creatures, theres nothing we can do. over all thankyou for staying with us

I feel regretful for booking the Nongsa Point villa. Long check in time in the lobby, the room is really dirty and smelly, lots of cockroaches, plush dust insects. The price is 2.3 million but the results obtained are not in accordance with expectations. The room facilities are really no, no wifi, the AC is not cold, and the breakfast menu is unreasonable. Next time please improve the quality of the villa. Very very bad. The price listed does not match what is sold

The check-in time was very long because there was no coordination between the villa and the owner. The cleanliness was very lacking because I saw a lot of trash in the toilet, especially in the closet. There were many ants on the mattress in the room, making it uncomfortable for those staying there.

The hotel staff is very friendly in helping during check-in and check-out, if for a vacation with family it is very suitable and recommended, the only thing that is not suitable is the breakfast, why is it not combined in a restaurant together with the accommodation in the hotel, instead it has to be separate with its own breakfast.

Highly not recommended. Bad service. No TV. There is a TV but it won't turn on. The sheets smell even though they have been changed. Waiting for a response for up to 5 hours. Breakfast was delivered at 9 am from Nagoya. Breakfast is as plain as a lontong villa. If you don't want to lose, don't post Traveloka. No wifi. It's really not worth posting this on the app.

Regarding bad service, our staff served you and your family from check-in to checkout. Check in is guided by information and other things provided. Regarding cleanliness, the staff has responded that the villa is busy and full of visitors and guests and has been informed that the cleaning team will come, but it will take a while. Breakfast has been informed on the day of check in that it will be delivered around 8-9 depending on busyness. Wifi is available, but the fee is written in the facility description on Traveloka. Ini pengalaman saya yang ke-3 kali stay di Nongsa Point Marina. Tapi pengalaman yang beneran gak asyik yang ke 3x ini. Ternyata itu ya. Villa yang saya sewa ini adalah bukan milik Nongsa point langsung, tapi lebih kepemilikan pribadi, vila yang sudah dibeli pribadi truss disewakan kembali melalui agen property via applikasi traveloka. Nah, jadi waktu kita mau check in, dari pihak cs gak terima check in langsung, tp kita harus menghubungi terlebih dahulu kenpihak penyewa villa, kemudian dari pihak properry beritahu ke pihak nongsa point kamar berapa, pihak nongsabpoint bantu kasih kunci vila. Kemudian, saat masuk ternyata villa masih dalam kondisi kotor, untung kita rame, 9 bisa saling bagi tugas sapu pel, dan lain-lain. Kondisi dapur juga kotor, sehingga semua piring sendok, rice cooker dan lain-lain perlengkapan kita cuci. Selain daripada itu, sprei dan bantal juga kotor.

Regarding the cleanliness of the villa, of course before guests check in it has been cleaned and dirty can be caused by many things such as animal feces and leaves. You can contact the person serving and ask for cleaning, but nothing is communicated. How can we understand the obstacles that are being experienced? And the maximum capacity of our 3 bedroom villa is 6 people, which has exceeded the maximum capacity specified ππ thank you.

Very disappointing. Very bad service from the management who does not prioritize visitor comfort. The management and owner of the villa do not agree on implementing a policy that disturbs visitors until late at night. I was very disappointed with the service. Complicated and very complicated. Especially security which is always annoying and annoying! For friends who want to hold a family event or office event, it is not recommended here and if given this rating it would be 1.0. The intention was to go on holiday but it ended up being stressful and complicated.
