We have 2 different villa locations: one near Jatim Park 3 is a 2-story building containing 2 rooms that we rent out full 2 floors. And the other is near BNS. Which we rent separately between the upper and lower floors. The upper and lower floors are separate and do not interfere with each other, access to the stairs is outside. Each floor is a full house of 45 m2 containing 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The upper and lower floors have the same number of rooms and facilities. The only difference is that above there is a mountain view from the bedroom, veranda and rooftop in sunny weather. Initially this building was one floor. Because many asked about the view, we built an upper floor that was separate from the lower floor with a mountain view. While still containing 2 bedrooms. We can rent at a super cheap price with complete standard facilities, and it turns out that the response from guests is quite good. So that on weekends, big days and holiday seasons it is always full. If you book far in advance, guests can request the lower or upper floors. Usually if a family with parents or small children, disabled people, pregnant women or special cases can ask for the lower floor or those who want a mountain view can ask for the upper floor. But unfortunately when Mrs. Retno stayed on Saturday, and coincidentally this was the last booking so there was no choice. Because those who book first can request first. Because the number of units is limited to only four. We can't do much. What we can suggest is to ask before booking, or you can request when booking. 2. Regarding the parking lot. Indeed, there is only one carport used together, the lower and upper floors. The upper and lower floors can be used when empty. Or if you bring 2 cars, you can park next to 2 because there are still many empty lots. At certain times such as big days or holiday seasons because of the flow of car traffic in and out, for parking, the security guard can help arrange parking so that it is orderly and does not interfere with cars passing by. The security post is on standby 24 hours. So it is quite safe and ready to help at any time. Because in reality Selamat is also a lot of people who bring 2 cars whose parking is not a problem because the security guard is ready to help if there is a parking problem. Basically we try our best for guests. Hopefully useful.

Indeed, we provide two-story villas which are separated up and down by themselves with access to stairs outside the house, because based on our experience, this condition is more flexible for guests because if the number of people is not large they can rent 1 villa, if the number of people is large, they can rent 2 villa (up and down at once). Regarding the leak, we apologize for the inconvenience, indeed this rainy season in Batu, the volume of rainwater is quite large and almost every day so that even though our villa is a new construction, it still does not escape this problem, but once guests check out we always review all corners of the room and so on... now this problem turned out to be from the adhesive or aluminum adhesive to the wall that came off so that water entered through small holes from the loose silent so that the walls had wet spots. However, we have fixed this problem, the location of the holes near the dining room and bedroom has been re-silenced so it is safe from leaking. regarding access to the villa, actually it is the local RT who set the rules for reporting and curfews and this has started since the emergence of the covid pandemic until now, As local residents, the owners of villas in the Puncak Garuda area feel this is a good thing for everyone because for security reasons together especially during this pandemic, also for the safety of the vehicles at the Puncak Garuda villa because the security guard is on standby 24 hours. However, if there are groups of young people who want to go out after curfew, it's also not prohibited as long as the information comes out to the security post. So the entry and exit of guests can be monitored, if I think that's good, the environment will be safe, after all if everyone can go out enter arbitrarily for what the security post is given, because the procurement of security guards also requires separate funds. Regarding whether or not it is suitable for a staycation, I think it is also suitable because many of my guests, both families or groups who stay for a long time in our villa, because it is a strategic place and close to entertainment places in just a matter of minutes.
