In terms of cleanliness, it is lacking, there are many damp places, the upper bathroom is also clogged so that the water comes out. When I first arrived, the sink was leaking. The location is good and strategic, don't forget to lock the door above the room.

Actually, this villa is good, check in is easy, the villa manager is also very helpful, it's just that the condition of the house is really not well maintained, the rooms smell musty, damp, the doors are also not functioning properly, there are no towels or soap, well maybe it's according to the price I got, but next time it's better to add a little more budget but get a really comfortable place for a vacation

The villa is comfortable, quiet and the view is good, the customer service is also good, cooperative in communication. The facilities are also quite according to the description, the villa is also quite large, the water problem is understandable, it still uses PDAM so if the morning the water is small, in the afternoon and evening the water is smooth. The waterheader also works all in 3 bathrooms

The location is very strategic, close to all tourist centers in Batu city. The room is clean, fragrant when you first enter, nice view, really cool, playing billiards is fun here, crowded with family.

Hotel Admin is friendly when on the phone asking for shareloc and directed patiently. Check in is also not complicated. Admin also responds FAST if there is anything, thank you Mr. Rega, next time I visit again 😇. The view is good, only a few reviews of cleanliness may be a little noticed because the floor and back garden are a bit dirty and there are cockroaches too.
