Lokasinya terletak di pusat kota, tepat di salah satu pusat kuliner kota Pematang Siantar. Harga kamar yang ditawarkan juga masih pantas. Harga kamar sudah termasuk kotak sarapan pagi untuk 2 orang dengan teh dan kopi. Sekitar Wisma Davinci menawarkan aneka kuliner kota Siantar mulai dari beberapa outlet mie pangsit, bakpao, kopi Kok Tong, hingga warung indomie dan pusat kuliner malam Siantar (Siantar Square) hanya berjarak jalan kaki dari sini. Toko oleh-oleh seperti kacang Siantar, kue lobak (cai tau kue), bakpao juga tidak jauh dari sini. Pasar Horas juga dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Jalan Sutomo dan Merdeka yang merupakan jalan utama dan lintas Sumatera juga kurang dari 2 menit dengan kendaraan bermotor dari Wisma Davinci. Fasilitas kamarnya cukup lengkap. Tersedia kulkas, smart TV, free wifi (dengan kecepatan yang cukup baik), kasur yang empuk, shower air panas, sikat gigi, sabun (toileteries), peralatan pembuatan teh dan kopi (tea and coffee making facilities) ada di dalam kamar. Pendingin ruangan di kamar juga yang berkualitas baik. Tersedia juga room service yang menawarkan makanan dan minuman bagi tamu hotel. Kamar juga bersih dan terawat dengan rapi. Ada karaoke di lantai 5 hotel. Ada rooftop cafe juga di mana para tamu juga dapat menikmati pemandangan kota Siantar dari atas. Parkir mobil juga tersedia di kawasan parkir hotel.

I would be happier to give the rate 9 of 10 for Wisma Davinci. Affordable price. The clean room. Feels like home. Definitely will come back.

Davinci hotel also run karaoke rooms which opens until 3:00AM. The music & the beat from karaoke reach the rooms & is very disturbing. It 's impossible to sleep, since the beats are causing vibrations. The liquid soap smells like floor desinfectant. The beds are hard, and the pillows are flat & hard. Hotel should have newer pillows. The breakfast not proper. On the positive notes, the staffs are very polite & helpful.

The room has vast area with 1 extra bed. The extra bed not comfortable, but the others is awsome. Have shower column, washtafel, closed, Smart TV. The location very strategic, near hawker center. Easy to search breakfast and dinner.

The room is clean, quite spacious for a deluxe type. The bathroom is also clean. The refrigerator and AC are cold. There is also hot water. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof, music from the karaoke place on the 5th floor can be heard up to the room that happened to be on the 4th floor. Otherwise, everything is good. Spacious room for deluxe type. Clean toilet but the toilet is in a narrow hallway, not comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to the room in a package, only one menu, no choice. Asked for a large single bed, got twin beds combined. Overall according to the price paid. Thanks Da Vinci.
