ATTENTION: -Guests may require to PRESENT valid government-issued identification upon check-in process (such as KTP, SIM, or Passport) -Guest may require to pay deposit using cash to host upon check-in process, and will be returned upon checking out. Check-in jam 15.00 - check out 12.00. Semua kamar non smoking. Nama pemesan dan tamu harus sama (tidak bisa diwakilkan saat check-in). Diperlukan deposit IDR 1.000.000 (cash) saat check-in dan akan dikembalikan saat check-out jika tidak terjadi kerusakan. Maksimal tamu kunjungan adalah 2 orang dan setiap tamu kunjungan akan di tahan KTP dan dikenakan deposit kunjungan IDR 200.000. Deposit dan KTP akan dikembalikan pada saat tamu pulang. Batas kunjungan sampai jam 23.00. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa mic, speaker sound system, alat masak, main kembang api atau sejenisnya dan dekorasi kamar. Jika kedapatan akan di charges langsung dari deposit kamar.

The hotel staff was not friendly at check-in, the deposit requested was very large and was not announced from the start, there were no plates and spoons in the kitchen. The swimming pool is not motorized well and there are ceramic shards that could injure those who swim.

Restaurant tutup awal, saya sudah berapa kali nginap di sini dan lupa membeli air mineral dari luar. Tiap jali saya telpon resepsionis dia bilang tak busa lagi kasih padahal saya bilang mau bayar lagi, resepsionis bilang tak ada stok karena resto sudah tutup. Untuk sekelas villa dan resepsionis tidak bilang tidak asa stok air minum itu tidak masuk akal. Sampai saya bilang barangkali ada security bisa beli keluar karena gojek dari tadi tidak ada yang menerima orderan saya, dan mereka bilang meraka tak ada security stanby. Semuanya patroli. Kalian yakin sama villa macam ni?

Suasana villa nya sangat nyaman dan segar karena menggunakan konsep penghijauan serta berada di atas danau. Interiornya pun memukau dan nyaman untuk ditinggali, terutama pada toiletnya dan private pool.
