The hot water pool/doesn't have any water for the whole day. No prior warning. Very bad service, the hotel tell us that they are refilling the water eventho when we check the water did not run at all.

Thank you for the service. Although there are some service that needed to be improve. Such as the F&B quality. I think for a IDR. 170.000 Steak, I was expecting the meat should be a bit tender. It came hard and not to my expectation. Unfortunately I didn't finish my meal that night.
