Located near city center. It is not so crowded but accessible. Room was okay (don't expect too much since it 's budget hotel). But their service was excellent. They provide free refill mineral water at the alley.

I stayed at Room 105. The hotel room was neat, but the toilet seat had suspicious yellow stains. I picked this hotel because I wanted to use the swimming pool in the morning. Unfortunately, the swimming pool area is next to the restaurant. Many people who came to the restaurant for breakfast sat around the pool and smoked, it felt uncomfortable. The swimming pool area also does not have chairs allocated specifically for towels/stuffs. I stayed for one night, no breakfast, because I wanted to explore the foods in surrounding area. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Parot Siramami, a small eatery that I want to try.

Well first of all it 's a budget hotel managed by Swissbell hotel which was supossed to be good according to that name but it was dissapointing because everything was lame and dirty. The staffs were nice and polite though. Just the building, towels, room were dirty and mouldy. Please keep the cleanliness. Otherwise people won't stay there anymore.

The staffs are good and friendly. Breakfast were also nice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. But please do some improvements on bathroom, bed sheets, room cleanliness and the window shield. The window shield needs to be replaced. I also found some spots on bedsheets.

Maybe it would be better before receiving guests to sweep and mop the floor because it is very dirty, the sheets should be changed better and the bathroom door repaired because it is damaged. The receptionist and security are the best to serve 👍🏽.
