The staff is friendly, very helpful. The quality of the room is sufficient, according to the price. The best thing is, yesterday the room happened to be ready at 12.30, early check-in was allowed, free.

I feel comfortable with the room which is the right size, the atmosphere is comfortable to rest from a long journey, there is drinking water and a kettle, a water heater, fast wifi, friendly staff, you can check in before 2 o'clock, the shower water is not warm enough and smells a bit of chlorine so it's a bit uncomfortable to shower, please do better

The staff is friendly, it is very unfortunate that the readiness of the room is not well taken care of. The soap is completely gone, there are no slippers, the room table should be rejuvenated even though it is a transition from a smoking room to a non-smoking room.

I suddenly booked this hotel because the previous hotel was full and couldn't extend. I didn't have high expectations because the rating was quite low. Overall it was okay, the air conditioner in the room was cold, the breakfast was simple but it tasted good. Many of the partitions in the room were dirty, the bathroom smelled good and the soap smelled good. Thank youuu

Quite disappointing, damp sheets, the bathroom water was off, the information was out, when it was on it was black like coffee, waited for it to not be clean. It was difficult to take a shower or even just to relieve myself. The staff did not apologize at all.

Masyallah Alhamdulillah I made the right choice to stay at Zodiac near Braga, everywhere is close, just walking distance, Alun2 Bandung, Braga Street, Asia Afrika Street, Malls so no need to get stuck in traffic jams during the holidays. The cleanliness is really top.

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel but I didn't have coffee or tea, when I wanted to go out the door couldn't be locked, when I went into the bathroom, opened the closet I had left something behind, it's just like that.
