Dirty yellow bathroom water. Dirty room. No slippers. No hot water. No drinking water. No standard hotel room like usual. Breakfast is very simple, even no black coffee. Photos on traveloka are not appropriate. Old photos are not updated. The condition of the hotel is now very different. Not recommended to stay here. Especially bringing family.

The plus is the hotel located was a tourist attraction place especialy for culinary and very close to bandung train station, the price was fair enough but the minus is even when we arrived at hotel - it was too dark for me for the lobby, move on to the room - we don't even get any amminities at all, including soap, sandals and tooth brush, the TV only provide for local TV only and lastly, the water smells like carats or iron something. Gladly I slept very well that night. Breakfast menus was preety decent.

The hotel location is very strategic, especially for train users. Rooms, toilets, bed sheets, pillows, & towels are clean. What needs to be improved: providing a shower kit & clean cutlery.

The hotel is strategically located, easy to reach. However, the rooms are not too well maintained, the roof of the room is a bit moldy, the food is not very tasty and bland. The main lobby and the baggage claim area are in one door, so it is not pleasing to the eye.

Disappointed with the child charge requested during breakfast even though the application states that children are not charged. When asked at the reception, they said it was peak season. If it was peak season, since it had been booked on the app, the price should have been adjusted and it would have been informed at check-in, not just shooting randomly.

The room smelled musty, there were mini cockroaches in the room as if it had never been checked or cleaned every day, the telephone in the room was just a decoration and could not be used, the room door was not fit for use, finally when I was going to check out the door handle was broken, I could not call the operator, thankfully there was a friend in the next room who helped open the door using access from outside

Even though the building is old, don't let it drag on for customer complaints. It's not a problem with old buildings, as long as everything is maintained. For the rooms, the facilities are not comfortable. It's okay to increase the price but the facilities must be changed, the bathroom and room must be renovated again. Buy new sheets and bedcovers so that customers can sleep comfortably. I apologize for my complaint. For the good of the hotel. Thank you.

This bed cover can be described by yourself, just once, not again, The AC is noisy until I can't sleep, the hot water doesn't turn on, the sink tap doesn't turn on, there is no toothbrush 🙂

I really regret booking this hotel, I didn't have time to check the reviews on gmaps, when I arrived at the hotel it was quiet even though the hotel was quite big, I found out when I arrived at the room the sheets hadn't been changed and had lots of stains, the towels were dull as if they had never been washed, the room smelled, the AC was noisy, the toilet was dirty. I didn't even spend an hour in the hotel room and immediately looked for another better hotel, even though I checked out of this hotel the next morning.

Just stay here once. If you are looking for comfort and cleanliness, it is not recommended to stay here. When you first enter the room, it feels uncomfortable as if it has not been cleaned. The hot water facility is dead. The room atmosphere is dull. After complaining, I was finally moved to another room, after first checking the room. I don't know if it was because I booked through Traveloka that I was given an unsuitable room. In fact, booking through Traveloka is cheaper than booking On the spot.
