Very clean room with really comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful- genuinely friendly and welcoming as well as being extremely efficient. Parking is under the building but maybe best call for directions. Very central, close to the train station and all the sights. Excellent food and good breakfast

We stayed at this hotel and the only thing I can say is that it was excellent! On arrival the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. When we got to our room, we were blown away! We had been given an upgrade at no extra cost, and to say the room was magnificent would be an understatement, it was superb. The following morning we came downstairs for breakfast, we were shown to a lovely table and had out choice of so many wonderful things to eat. The location of the hotel is great, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can get a great nights sleep, yet close enough to everything that you are only minutes away from anything you could want. Our stay was truly memorable and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel to anyone.

We found the location quite central for the things we wanted to do and see in the city. The reception staff were very good and helpful for our planning of visits in the area. Room was very comfortable and spacious. All the staff we came across were very good and particularly so in the restaurant for breakfast. Food was plentiful and good too.

We had a parking lot. But there was construction and it was Hard to find. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Hotel is looking a little run down. Over all a comfy bed. Typical breakfast. I wasnt in waterford long. Very quick trip

I would suggest new photos and have them be untouched, show the high traffic road 5 feet from hotel. The town although I live the history part is really tattered. Service everywhere is just.....void of personality, the service workers are a bit like zombies. I live Ireland but this hotel and town don't represent.
