I highly recommend Rathmore House! The host is exceptionally welcoming, making for a warm atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer stunning ocean views. Best bed and breakfast EVER. Marguerite is the sweetest host and takes pride in her beautiful home and property, she also cooks the most beautiful and delicious Irish breakfast. We highly recommend The Rathmore house. 5 stars!

Marguerite is an absolutely lovely host and her place is amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody in the area, and I wish we could of stayed longer. First Marguerite is so friendly and accommodating. We arrived right at the end of check in (2000/8pm) due to taking country roads instead of the main ones on accident. I messaged her and she immediately responded saying it was not a problem. She gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We've been traveling for 6 months straight and never felt more at home than at this B&B. The room is incredibly comfy, the beds have heated blankets which is lovely during the winter night. The place was nicely decorated and everything was clean. It was also very nice having an ensuite restroom. She provided towels, standard Toiletries, water, tea and coffee. Also, the seaview is an amazing add on. It was so lovely waking up and seeing the water, grazing cattle, and the natural greenery. Breakfast was outstanding, especially since its included free of charge. Everything was tasty and well cooked. I had sausages, eggs, bacon and various breads (most of which were homemade). My partner had the full Irish Breakfast, which was also delicious. There are also many other options, but definitely recommend these choices. If youre looking for a true B&B experience this is the place. Everything was perfect and if were ever back in the area this will be the first place we return to.
