Staff was beyond accommodating especially when I arrived with a broken ankle.

I was not aware I would not have any of the amenities that were listed (pool access, gym, etc) I would have stayed at another hotel if this had been communicated. Additionally, the air conditioning was broken in our room and it took me three times talking to the staff before we were moved. Lastly, the staff was not welcoming which made the stay uncomfortable.

Just stayed one night whilst travelling. Had room no 55 which was close to reception and was disturbed at night hearing people at the reception area. Other than that had a great stay - comfy modern room, good breakfast and pleasant staff.

The location was lovely, the beds were among the most comfortable we encountered in Italy, and we imagine it's generally a lovely place to stay. However, we booked our stay here in large part due to the beautiful swimming pool advertised in it's listing on hotel.com, and when we arrived there was a sign up that said the pool was closed for the day due to a private party. We'd had a very hot day and we were very much looking forward to a refreshing dip, but the gal at the reception counter promise that we could check out late the following day so that we did at least have plenty of time to enjoy the pool before we left. This was a bummer, but acceptable. We then realized that the private party was a very loud wedding that went very late into the evening, and you could hear the music everywhere on property. Again, a bummer. The next morning I got up early eager to go swimming in the lovely pool with the waterfall, but when I got up there it was clear the hotel staff had not cleaned up the night before. When I got down to reception, there was a sign up now saying that the pool would be closed this day as well for cleaning. When I let the staff at the front desk know that I've been promised the day before that I would be able to use the pool today I was met with an indifferent shrug of the shoulders and an answer that it's not possible. When I ask to speak to a manager, I was told that there were no managers on property.

Liked the hotel in general, but especially the restaurant at the hotel, good quality food. Sauna was nice, but temperature could not be regulated upward. The only downside of this experience was the extremely loud music/sound at the gym/sauna, I like to have my sauna in peace, not with high volume music. Beyond loud.

8 of us stayed for a night prior to getting a plane from Bologna. Great hotel if you don't want to stay in the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice pool, pleasant bar and only 5 minutes walk in to the town where you can find restaurants and a fantastic ice cream booth

We were in Italy and got a call that our reservations were cancelled and we had been moved to another hotel... apparently we booked the rooms at too good of a price because some of our friends paid more and were not cancelled... If you are in Europe and need to count on a reservation you can be kicked out even if you have a confirmation... BEWARE!!!

We were traveling with group and we were the last to book at $460 plus rate others were booked at $200 rates. All 5 of the other rooms were cancelled by Admiral Park and given rooms 14 km away near airport. We tried in advance to cancel our room due to the fact we were traveling together and were given a cancellation number by Travelocity. Then we received email that Admiral Park had refused to cancel and we would be charged full amount. We went by the hotel regardless of the inconvenience with entire group to cancel and they blamed Travelocity. Whilst there they said they were on phone to cancel for full refund. We are still waiting to see if this happens. Americans stay away from this one. Not a friendly place. They do not care.
