Location is excellent for access to the train station but a strenous walk to city centre. Luckily the bus station also next to the train station. Rooms are basic but good, but ...... the acoustics & sound proofing at the B&B are non existent. You hear every key turn, door slam, conversation, external/street noise. Guests were coming & going all through the night. We even had someone try to open our room door just after 1am!! Don't expect a good night's rest here.

The hotel is 3 min from the train station and 5 min from the little train that goes to Perugia historical center.
Rooms are clean and tidy, the apartments are in great condition.
I am very satisfied with this hotel, very polite and kind staff, always ready to help you. When we called to resolve a problem with our booking information their responses were quick and everything was resolved very quickly. I would definitely be back to this hotel next time I come to Perugia

We came as a couple with our bikes. The hosts were super helpful and helped us carrying our stuff upstairs, we could leave the bikes on balcony. Of course, the breakfast is very italian: in a nearby bar you get one sweet pastry and a coffee choice (americano or cappuccino or..) - but it is very authentic.
The street outside is louder, this you should know. but on the other hand, it is super practical that eventually at the exit! of the train station the house is. Cant be easier to access when you arrive (or leave). Clean place, shared bathroom was always super clean, other guests if ever met were nice (about 4 rooms there). Air conditioning and tv as well as wifi works well. Great choice for budget hunters!

Great place to visit Perugia. Located next to the train station so easy acces to go somewhere else. You have a mini metro located next to the appartment that brings you to the city centre. Clean and big appartement with a balcony
