Very clean and practical affordable hotel in convenient Modena location. Good shower and air con worked well. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave bags after checkout until our coach to the airport left.

Well located Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms well appointed, rooms a bit dated but definitely characterful.
Overall a good choice if you want a city centre hotel, only a few minutes walk from the Railway station.

Wifi was not available in the room we were staying in, simply the signal didn't reach the room.
The bathtub drainage was clogged.
Breakfast is Italian sort of breakfast, no vegetables, mainly sweets.
Girls at the reception desk were friendly but unable to help about any of the inquiries we had and problems I listed above.
Location is good, walking distance to the city centre and train station

Location is good, close to train station, Museo Enzo Ferrari and centro. Don’t feel very safe after dark. I would not go to the park next to it even it’s daytime.
Was told by front desk lady to get ticket on bus, but not every bus offers sale :-(
Cleaner is rude to knock on door then quickly wants to break into your space. Need to tell front desk becoz no sign hanging at door. Why this simple issue could still happen in 2022?
The worst is the unsafe grey outer window. The first night it rained and got this iron window open far and I need to almost 1/3 of my body to reach the handle and get it close. Dangerous!
