Hotel Bel 3

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Palermo with a beautiful view of the city. Room and bathroom clean, nice balcony. Staff was friendly and a nice dining room.

We were pleased with hotel! View is very nice and staff takes care of everything. David at front desk was very good. Room service exceptional. I would recommend. Best to have your own car unless you want to use hotel shuttle to Palermo and Mondello. Other places would need alternate transportation.

Beautiful pool and surroundings!

Asked to have ac checked and for parking permit. Staff did nothing. Had to park off property and had hot home on the last night.

The view from this hotel is incredible.The rooms were spacious and clean.The restaurants were so good and staff so helpful.

Rooms were perfectly clean and cozy! Great amenities in the bathroom and a superb rainfall shower! Staff were very helpful and excellent. Location wise - it is very far from Palermo centrale and only stay here if you have a car.

Hotel looks brand new but it has problem with the showers. The water is leaking out of the shower because of design how it was built. The location is great. It is in the centre of town. The hotel provides breakfast.

Book this hotel for the panoramic pool view only. Other than that it really is an average hotel. I booked a superior room, it was big with a balcony but v basic. The food in the restaurant is v nice but the majority of the waiters are not v helpful or friendly (maybe only 2 were). You have to collect towels for the pool at reception and hand them back, they keep tabs on them. On one day in the middle of the day, they started to clean the jacuzzi and put salt in. Should be done in the mornings before it gets used. The area is 30 minutes outside of the centre, there is a shuttle but only for 8 people on a first come first served basis that leaves at 10.30 and returns at 5.30. There is also a shuttle to Mondello beach that leaves at 9.30 and returns at 4.30. They don’t give tap water or let you fill your bottle. You have to buy water for €1 a bottle. In 36 degrees heat you get through a lot!

I t is no wonder the place had only a few guests staying here. Friendly staff but have no customer service apart from the our lovely cleaner. Noticed some friendly unfriendly people in breakfast room our first morning just glaring at you like you have murdered their mother or something worse! We believe they could have been part of the incredibly arrogant management who think this is how to run a successful venue. Such a shame as the view is beautiful. But No personality! No atmosphere! No background Italian Music, nothing? Dated decor. Dirty in a lot of areas I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the aircon as they charge you for everything else. Charged €10 to bring food to our room from the hotel restaurant. Advertised at €2 room service €20 extra if want late check out. Keeping your room. They didn’t offered to look after our bags whilst we waited for our transfer. No where was it mentioned when you check out of your room, you can not use the facilities so If you stay without the late you have to pay €20 to sit in pool area and use pool. That area has a phone you have to use to get staff to come to you to buy a drink or ice cream. (Very limited selection) And even that they don’t answer. It’s almost like they don’t want you there. And as we refused to pay €20 we were kicked out of the hotel. We were going to use the restaurant again that you pay separately but their loss. Food: Food was delicious, especially the seared Tuna and reasonably priced. To be fair.

Good hotel. Clean and good service. Great and abundant breakfast.

Regular place to stay, Narrow streets to get from the city to the hotel, the traffic and driving experience was very bad for us

A pesar que esta un poco alejado del centro de Palermo, el hotel tiene un bonita vista sobre la ciudad y esta muy bien dotado, habitación confortable, baño amplio y un agradable balcon con vista a la ciudad. Muy recomendable, para alojarse pero con vehículo.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice and clean, but the staff could be nicer. The dining service was not very welcoming of separating our checks as we were traveling with a large group of students that needed to pay for themselves. Our request was met with an eye roll and a sigh.

Quite a bit out of town but the views and the service make it worth it.

Extremely run down, especially shower, which was so small you had issues getting in and out. Food was very average and breakfast not good at all (unless you like sweet artificial breakfast). Bad coffee. Positive: nice view if you are on the upper floor and quite clean.

Beautiful spot with an amazing view. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food as well. Shuttle services to the city and beach at a reasonable rate. Could not recommend more.
