We had a lovely stay at Hotel Como. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Everything was great and would stay again if ever back in Como!

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, rooms were great only problem was the bar wasn't open and to get a drink you had to go to the 5th floor where the pool bar was, even in the rain. But overall a fantastic hotel.

Great hotel with modern facilities, comfortable, well equipped, spacious rooms. Really good breakfast buffet and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking is very limited, so it’s very much a case of if you see someone move their car, then grab their space and think about whether you really need to take the car out during your stay.

So booked a double room and because I booked for just 1 person I was given a single bed ! Then the toilets downstairs are on a timer in the main hall so had to finish my toilet in the dark as there are no senors in the cubicles. Idiotic answers from various staff. Then need the trolley after 10 minutes of waiting I got a call saying it was going to be another 15 minutes. Just one staff at check out. And very expensive for what it is. Not good

Did not care for the hotel. It was far from everything. Their idea of free parking is one row in front of the hotel first come first serve, makes it challenging when you come back at night. The aerial views are very misleading, no views from the room but buildings and construction.

We stayed for two nights during a very hot period in August. Staff was very nice and courteous. Someone was always at front desk to help with anything. Daily breakfast was more than adequate. Room was very clean. Wifi fine. Pool on roof was a bit small, but more than adequate. Could have been a little cleaner. Didn't particularly love the 3.5 euro charge for pool towels, but maybe too many people steal them. Getting back to hotel via cab late in evening was a little tricky, but we figured it out. It's certainly in walkable distance to and from piazza and lakefront. In any event, glad we stayed at Hotel Como.
