Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it. $27 euro a day. You get no towels for the beach or the pool and if you ask for one it’s a big deal and they try and charge you $10 euro a day per towel and was a big hassle to even obtain one. The room had no plug ins near the bed to charge phones. The rooms were run down and very outdated. After traveling through many parts of Italy and having the best experience with hotel staff this left something to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also not the place for a couple, it’s more geared toward families with small children.

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful property with helpful staff and great amenities.

friendly, good food, but no free sunbeds

Overrated in general. WiFi not great. Old building ( 80s ?) and minimally renewed over years. Employees friendly and helpful but 4 stars is really too much. 3 would be more than enough ( being generous). Don’t know where they got 4 stars from Luch time ends at 2 pm then u cannot eat (😳). On holiday?? Dinner window 19,30-21 (😳). That is why I never ate there apart from breakfast. It really doesn’t take much to make it look much better. All in all, maybe good for families with small children or elderly people. Not much for the rest of the population.

Comodissima la posizione fronte spiaggia. Animazione serale quasi assente e non coinvolgente

Dieses Hotel ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Einrchtung ist alt, dass Mobiliar ebenfalls. Die Sauberkeit beim Frühstücksbuffet lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ristornate con buona cucina e personale disponibile.

Senza ascensore, spiaggia dell'hotel a pagamento e ristorante dislocato dall'hotel. Per una famiglia con passeggino non è molto comodo fare 3 rampe di scale per arrivare al primo piano.

3 giorni in paradiso, struttura e accoglienza splendida, mare meraviglioso, cibo ottimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie Acacie

Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, servizi (piscina, zona relax, posto auto, ecc) molto buoni. Servizio ristorazione di ottimo livello. Le camere sono un po datate, e gli infissi non insonorizzano bene per cui i rumori esterni danno fastidio. Comunque buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Comoda struttura per famiglie vicino al mare, camere abbastanza spaziose, con balcone con vista, ma bagno piccolo e scomodo. Servizi in generale ok (piscina, animazione, ecc) ma colazione da rivedere, solo prodotti scadenti

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 17 al 23 luglio( camera 571) all’arrivo non eravamo rimasti contenti della camera ma il sig. Corrado , persona gentilissima e disponibilissima , in men che non si dica ci ha cambiato camera. Che dire , ci è sembrato di stare a casa, abbiamo trovato gentilezza, accoglienza e soprattutto si mangia una meraviglia, detto da noi Salernitani, che siamo abituati alla buona cucina , non è poco. L’hotel si trova direttamente sul mare , in una zona tranquilla ma non molto distante dal centro storico di Capoliveri , che è bellissimo. Spiaggia molto grande e attrezzata con tutti i servizi. Ovviamente per visitare le altre spiagge dell’isola occorre l’auto, ma vi assicuro che ne vale la pena e comunque ogni paese non è molto distante dall’altro. In conclusione l’hotel merita sicuramente.

Sehr schöne Poolanlage und sehr schöner Hotelstrand. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Ruhige Lage. Schade dass es im Hotel keinen Lift hat. Das Frühstück ist nicht reichhaltig. Bei Buchung Zimmer mit Frühstück konnte ein einzelnes Nachtessen nicht reserviert werden da angeblich das Restaurant überfüllt ist.

Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind aber schon alt und daher passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr.

Struttura confortevole con ampi spazi bella piscina e gran bel giardino. Fiore all’occhiello la cucina, eccellente davvero, per qualità e quantità. Da consigliare.

Gutes Essen, viel Auswahl an Antipasti. Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, Fliesen alt und verkalkt. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera per disabili (perché???) al di sotto della hall (non propriamente silenziosa) Arredo della camera molto spartano per un 4 stelle. Di contro ottima la ristorazione e la posizione x raggiungere le più belle spiagge dell'Elba

il complesso è datato ma tenuto molto bene tutti gentili e sempre disponibili tornerò sicuramente.
