Very convenient location near the station. Spotlessly clean room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. The single room was small and the bed narrow but very good value for money for an overnight stay.

Perfect pit stop from train station at night.

Good location near the train station. Room was quite small but modern and comfortable. AC can't be controlled in the room, so was a bit stuffy when we entered but cooled down after which was good. You can order some coffees or breakfast in the morning from their small bar and also leave luggage, both great. Soundproofing not great though, but didn't bother us much as we were only there for a night and out for most of it. Good for a base when you're travelling elsewhere by train!

Our accommodations on the ground floor, were not good. Our family of 4 adults booked a quadruple room with 3 beds, 1 nite. That ended up being a double bed, and *popup* bunk beds. Our room had a window facing a sidewalk and no privacy (only sheer white curtains) unless the security grill is down, shutting out all daylight. 1 chair in a room for 4 people (all adults). The shower overflowed right away because of a slow drain. The bathroom door is bifold and VERY loud, so everyone is awakened if you use the bathroom at night. You can hear movement in the next room like it's in your room. The TP roll was almost empty and ran out, but there was no extra roll. The bunk bed made horrendous noise every time anyone moved in them, they were not comfortable and all the bedding was only sheets, no blanket, bed spread or comforter. The smoke detector blasts a bright green flashing light all night. There are sewer pipes in awkward areas that were made to look like support columns. In the middle of the night, my daughter thought there was an earthquake because the bunk bed moved so much. This caused an adrenaline rush and badly disturbed her sleep. The slow drain ended up being because no one cleaned the catch from hair and debris. The hotel entry doesn't have a way to get in unless an employee buzzes you in, so you can't be later than midnight. Not handicap accessible in any way. Christian at the front desk was very nice. I'm sure other rooms are better, but this was our experience.

The boys were lovely, so laid back and organised, the place is adorable, and worth every penny, amazing location. Only reason I gave it 3 and not 5, is because it was so noisy, I wish people would be told to keep it down, especially after midnight. I did not sleep at all in my holidays, I had to cancel a whole day tour because I was so exhausted I could faint.

The Property was lovely and excellent value for money. I would like to return on my way back however I won't because of only one issue I found that I didn't like and that was the spray the housekeeper uses in the rooms apparently. I know this because I asked the gentleman on the desk what the strong smell was and he came to my room and said yes the spray. I kept the window open for air which was a shame because the air-conditioning was very good but the overpoweringly smell was too much for me to deal with. That said if your not bothered with these sorts of smells then apart from this it's a brilliant place for sure. The housekeeper was lovely too had I known the first night I arrived she is spraying the room I would have asked her next day not to spray as I was booked in for 2 nights I'm afraid I couldn't go back, that in my humble opinion was the only issue of my personal complaint. Beautiful coffee and pistachios pastry I had on my departure the staff are lovely too

Close to train station, one mile to tower. Close to main shopping and good restaurants close by. Only thing we didn't like was the shower doors were tight, similar to an RV. Otherwise a good stay. Would suggest you have you own bathroom and get A/C, otherwise the city sounds may bother some.

Lovely check in, perfect position for trains, airport and buses. Really helpful staff.

We had a cancelled flight and needed to find accommodation in Pisa quickly. We were glad we chose Hotel Maria at the last minute. Friendly and efficient check in and we were given a bigger room than booked, which was appreciated. Although a small space, it was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. Literally a 2 minute walk to the train station and the Pisamover for our trip back to the airport so very convenient. Thank you for having us :)

Great place for one night when coming in on the train. Walked to the leaning tower and to the airport. Was hoping for a shuttle or taxi but hotel said to take a taxi and none were out at 7:30 am

Great little hotel right next to the station and in a few minutes' walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops in the city centre. It's also super convenient for the airport. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It took a little while for hot water to come through but it wasn't so cold that I couldn't shower.
