Wonderful stay

Overall experience was a bit disappointing from a 3-star badge hotel.

Ideal location if coming in to the Milan Linate airport. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. However if you’re staying for a lengthy period, there is no laundromats nearby. The closest supermarket is about 10 minutes or less ny bus. No amenities within walking distance. Breakfast was okay. Overall stay wasn’t bad

The hotel was fine, but there was nowhere within walking distance to eat.

It’s convenient for an inexpensive quick overnight near Linate airport. Nice breakfast. Not too clean. Shower doors were off their rails so it required quite a maneuver. Beds ok. Don’t expect much but it’s a decent option for a budget overnight stay.

clean room everything was fine!!

Stayed here for the AC Milan game. Suspect if we stayed at another time it would not be €80 per night. That said breakfast was nice and the beds very comfortable. Shower was tiny which was odd because the bathroom itself was big.

Breakfast was above average for three stars.

Nice stay. Kinda dusty. Good breakfast. Has water. She lied. It wasn’t dusty. I’m here now. I’m in charge of the rest of this review. We loved the stay. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would’ve loved free water, but obviously in this economy we can’t do that. So yous really lived up to all of our expectations and more. Love the charisma. Love the place. I love you. Goodnight Kentucky. Ps. We’ll be waiting …

Google maps could not find this hotel., We came twice to the address Via Rivoltana 2 Segrate MI, but we did not find any hotels there. We asked a local man, but he could not find it either. WE wound up staying in a different hotel. I wonder if EXPIDIA ever checked out this hotels address. Horrible experience. First time in my life I was not able to find an address.

Curtious staff, location close to Linate airport, reasonable price.

A/C not working and rooms smells bad. Front desk refused to move us to another room claiming no available room. As for the smell he claimed it was the freshest room in the hotel. Needless to say that it’s July.. very hot and humid. I felt suffocating in the room. Only after a long argument and when I was about to leave he gave us another room which did have a working Aircon. Both rooms are in terrible condition. Walls are dirty. Bad smell. Even the toilet had toilet paper in the toilet seat. Breakfast was poor. Cups were stained from coffee. I do not advise anyone to stay there!! I contacted hotels.com to complain and request a solution but to my surprise they were not helpful

Pros *Front desk person who works until 11pm was upfront about hotel’s limitations except he should have mentioned that the AC shuts down automatically at 1 AM. He was nice and his limited English was ok. * Compared with hotels in the area, this was perhaps the least expensive in Italy’s most expensive city. * WiFi was reliable * 5 min drive to Linate airport with no traffic Cons * Door broken from inside room. Would not bolt lock. * Old dirty sock found in corner * Musty smell overall * A/C shuts off automatically at 1 AM. This should have been disclosed at the beginning. * Graveyard attendant who presumably starts his shift at 11 PM was lying on lobby couch evidently asleep when I went in there twice. First was at 1:30 AM when I noticed the room AC was shut off. Second time was at 4:30 AM when I followed up to confirm taxi was called for 5 AM. * seems to be poor communication between night attendant and graveyard attendant. If you are on a budget and don’t mind attempting to navigate public transportation (which is confusing even with GPS) and can put up with a musty smell, stay here but not more than 1 night! Caveat emptor.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They were great on getting information for transportation and also sightseeing in Milan the bus and the train every time I emailed them they always email me back. They were very friendly and polite very nice atmosphere.

Our door to the room was jammed and the knob was not working, temperature control in the room was broken, dustbins not cleared and smelling.......I asked the afternoon shift incharge if we can change the room and he refused, breakfast was very average. Only plus side it's close to LIN airport
