This is a well kept secret. Great everything in a wonderful neighborhood setting. Walking easily to all that Roma has to offer from the coliseum to the everything else. Front desk personnel, especially Caleb, just terrific. We loved it . well be back!

Safe, Quiet, Great Staff, Great rooms with air conditioner, only downside is that it’s a little further away from main walking points so short taxi from attractions

really like this hotel for.the price, and the staff and location are great. I do tend to forget how uncomfortable the beds are until I'm there though, and I wish they had a rate that didn't include breakfast as I never eat breakfast

The property was good as a base for exploring most of the day whilst in Rome. It’s a good location if you don’t mind being a bit further out of the city. I was really disappointed there was no kettle in the room.

Everything was fine until when i was checking out the man on the reception was very rude to me. No customer service at all!! I was in the process of paying the mandatory tax for the property and he just told me to "get out of his way". I was standing in front of the reception paying with my crefit card and talking to her female colleague. No manners at all!!! They should trained their staffs on how to communicate to their customers politely.

The staff from breakfast were very friendly and nice.. The guys who were in the lobby so so when it was time to do the check out and i habdle my card to the guy.. He don't even said thank or bye.. overall nice hotel
