My stay at Hotel Villa Cipriani was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that made me feel truly welcome. The property itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of classic Italian charm and modern luxury. The picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and breathtaking views of the rolling hills, was like something out of a postcard. The room was elegant and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedding was plush, and the room had a lovely balance of rustic touches and contemporary amenities. Waking up to the serene atmosphere and stepping out onto the terrace to enjoy a peaceful morning was an experience I won’t soon forget. The dining experience was equally exceptional. The on-site restaurant served authentic Italian cuisine, beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, local flavors. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each meal felt like a culinary adventure, enhanced by the exquisite surroundings. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting; it was a very short walk to the center of town. The staff was very helpful and the pool was perfect for hot afternoons.

Really loved the hotel and the garden. The superior room was ok, bathroom had beautiful tiling, very limited view even though the booking promised a view of the hills. However, this stay concluded a two-week long holiday and we had received incredibly warm and hospitable service in the three previous hotels we had stayed in. In Villa Cipriani we didn't get a sense of that at all, instead we would best describe it as stuck-up where the staff hardly looked at us or let alone gave us a smile. It also felt like the food and beverage was expensive just for the sake of being expensive - for example, a below average-tasting ice coffee at the swimming pool was €10 (€8 for the coffee and ice and additional €2 for bringing it to the pool!).

This is the third year we come for a leisurely retreat as a couple and the hotel is just perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient. Its is impeccably clean, the food is very good and the old building offers the most amazing views on the valley.
