I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Zaccardi with my family recently, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the incredible staff. From the moment we checked in, everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. We requested an early check-in and they even upgraded our room at no cost. Whether we needed recommendations for local attractions the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean—you can tell they take great pride in maintaining their space. Bank is just next to the hotel, convenient store, pizza place , pharmacy all around the corner. 7 minute walk to bus stop and $20 cab ride to city. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We enjoyed staying here with our moms for Christmas. Very nice staff and great to have a restaurant on site. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast www great. We could easily get into Rome in 15-20 minutes in taxi. Our only suggestion would be to include conditioner in the bathroom.

This is a regular hotel I use when visiting Rome.
They never disappoint.
Friendly staff and good location on the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links.

very nice hotel with incredibly friendly staff - definitely a place to stay in Roma. When we left early in the morning - the breakfast was not open yet but I got a delicious capuccino, bread and cheese ... yummy and so kind. the room and the bathroom are just perfect.. very good bed and a lovely bathroom with everything you need... hope to be back soon

With one exception of one person a man in glasses , the receptionists were unpleasant people especially the woman. The rooms are poorly isolated against noise from neighboring rooms and from the restaurant. The shower is designed as impossible to be used if you don't want to get wet hair.
Definitely too expensive with relation to the conditions.
The check out is at 10 am !
I was sick after the dinner at the hotels restaurant. We went to another , really nice and safe restaurant for dinners the other days.

A small room with NO window. I can write a hole essay about all the things the hotel manager can change to enhance the guests experience.
Many things were wromg. Towel hanging right abobe toilet which is the most inappropriate and unclean area. Room does not have a window. How is that even acceptable. Faucita spray water everywhere except on your hand and the list can go in forever.

Alexandra did a wonderful job in accommodating all of our requests,from looking after shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to looking after and arranging our baggage taken up to our room and then back down again. She is a very efficient and pleasant person. All of the other hotel staff were equally accommodating. The food in the breakfast cafe was wonderful..probably the best breakfast we have encountered in a hotel stay. As well the meals in the main restaurant were very good. This was a pretty hotel. We stayed for one night they tucked us in a room off to the side where breakfast was served little noisy. But room was great!
