Helpful staff

Everything was Brilliant, staff were really helpful. Not sure how many stars this hotel is but it certainly felt like a 5 Star hotel.

It is right outside the city of Milan and it makes it very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andrea was very friendly and polite. Definitely will be coming back.

Staff was good. Hotel is nice but AC isn’t good. They need to make it work better and stronger. Other than that it’s good. Hard to sleep good with bad AC in the summer.

Amazing hotel. We absolutely loved it. Would be back any time. Modern, very clean, great amenities.

Noisy

There were so many mosquitoes in the room. The air con was not working at all. The staff was not at the cooperative. In a row requested to fix the air con, but no one paid any attention to the request, asking for a refund, or some kind of compensation but there was no manager available to sort out any issues. The staff has no authority to make any decision!! The bathroom door lock was broken, my 9-year-old son and my husband got locked and the staff had to come to open it with a screwdriver. We had to sit for 3 hours in the reception on the last day as we had a flight back to England at 5:55 am, we called a taxi to leave early for the Bergamo airport but there was hardly any taxi access in that area, so me, my husband and my kids 13years and 9years old had to wait at reception for 3 hours, kids wanted to sleep they just had to lie on Sofa at the lobby. No one even bothers kids tired and need to have a bed to rest. Ultimately we all had to stay awake all night until the taxi arrived at 2 am. The receptionist took all of my and my husband's phone/email so that the manager would call us back. After waiting all day I had to call the hotel and still nothing was resolved, no refunds and no return call or email from the manager. Upon calling the hotel, the staff said the manager was still not available and would hear from them tomorrow??? This is so unprofessional.

Excellent hotel,best hotel in the area!

This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. The hotel offers breakfast but there's a charming deli next door with warm croissants which we visited everyday. There's also an American style restaurant nearby. Make no mistake, this is a place to sleep and rest your bones after a day exploring Lake Como, Milan or even the Valtellina wine country. It's no-frills but very comfortable and it is offered at the right price.

Great hotel close to Lecco and Milan, many good restaurants around, very friendly staff, very clean and new.

The hotel is very good, the free parking is highly appreciated when travelling by car and it is the perfect base camp to explore multiple spots around lake Como. Really enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and we liked the breakfast.

I went there for 4 nights, everything was perfect due to the rooms and facilities however it was so difficult to get any transportation or options for shops or restaurants very limited. So I would recommend anyone like tourists to not stay here unless you are on a business trip.

If you are travelling by car through Milan, this is a good hotel to stay. Large clean rooms (we were 3), excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Stopped for a quick night on a road trip. Clean, easy parking, good internet, great breakfast.

Great hotel. Typical clean western style hotel. No fridge in rooms. Hot days nowhere to keep cold water. Gave us one water bottle on day one and none after that. Too much to have a couple of water bottles supplied by the hotel? No coffee machines in the room. Won't allow iron in the rooms. Sketchy parking underground. If you're a woman don't go there by yourself or park there. Gym is around the back is closed 50 percent of the time and is hot as hell. Have they heard of hotels with 24 hour gyms? it's staffed for about 7 hours and closed Sunday and almost all day Saturday. Great hotel but amenities suck.
