We enjoyed our IQ Hotel Milano stay . It was only a 3-5 minutes walk from the train station . Our room was comfortable. The front desk and dining room staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good . One morning we had an early tour. The front desk offered without us even asking if we would like a to go breakfast to take with us. The location near the train station was convenient for us to meet our tour. The metro was right there and easy to navigate to the Milan city sights . We found the area around the station to be nice and were happy as several reviews read stated it was not the best area. We went out at night, walked to restaurants. Many people walking around. Perhaps late, late night is a different story . 10:00 was the latest we were out .

The hotel is almost perfect. Breakfast is top notch.
Three minor things:
1. We stay at the 2nd floor. There are constantly humming sound from trolly every few minutes. I think it did not happen during late night. I think this only happen for lower floor. So try to ask for a high floor if you are a light sleeper.
2. The hotel has a self service laundry room. There is only one washer/dryer there. The day when we try to use. Looks like the hotel employee is also using it to wash a lot bath robes. It took me 4 hours to complete my laundry due to constant use of the laundry by the hotel itself.
3. They have a nice sauna/hot tub area. The sauna is nice. But the hot tub water is pretty cold. It is like cold pool water. I am not sure whether in Europe they use hot tub in such low temperature. In US, the hot tub is much warmer.
All in all, I really love my stay in the IQ Hotel apart from the several minor things above.

Modern, clean and well thought out rooms with amenities like free snacks and soft drinks in minibar that are super convenient to travelers. The staff is very friendly from the front desk to the rooftop bar. Elisabetta was a great server for dinner and post dinner cocktails. Location super close to Centrale and the train and metro stations there. Would definitely stay here again next time i am in Milan.

The hotel is well located just 5 mins walk or less to the Train Central Station.
Breakfast is delicious with a lot of varieties especially desserts and fruits.
Room is small size as all rooms in Europe, clean but you can hear all noisy in the street from people and cars although the windows are closed. I think this is the only problem i had with the hotel. Shower is perfect.

Moder, clean, comfortable. Larger rooms with a good size bathroom and amenities. 2 min walk from Milano Central train/metro station. Safe neighborhood. Very comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and most of all the staff during their amazing breakfast selections that greeted us every morning made our stay so pleasant. There was this gentleman with glasses who assisted us every morning during breakfast that made our stay so amazing. Only issue we had was the window was not able to open. Our room was really stuffy. Someone came to help but was not able to fix it and said maintenance will fix it. We were there for 6 days and no one came to fix it. Will still stay here again though.
