Although the building looks a little tired, it was clean and tidy. Comfortable room, having a 24 hour reception was ideal, as we didn't arrive until 3am, local time. Breakfast was a continental buffet, was excellent, plenty on offer. Would stay again.

Very nice staff. Location is wonderful and close to sea, dining, shopping, transportation. Quiet low key place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. I’ll be staying there again!

We had a great, overnight stay before boarding our cruise the next day. Easy walk from the train station. Very nice room (though the bed was hard but this seems to be the trend in Italy). Street side room had an awesome view but was a little noisy from traffic. Fair price to pay for the view. Great breakfast. Very convenient to the port. Lots of places to eat and drink very close by. Loved this little town,.

Nice hotel... morning receptionist was exceptionally nice.
Gentleman who checked us in could care less... not even a hello... asked iif there was any places to eat near by (it was 10 pm)... only response was he did not no nothing ? So not helpful - hope he owns the place - terrible guest impression for any review.

We had only 3 plastic cups and 2 small hand soaps in the washroom. Nothing was provided in the hotel. The hotel is quite old , but it is near the train station and easy to take shuttle to the cruise terminal.

It's near shopping and the port. It's the language barrier for staff if we have question about the room/amenities.
The room/bathroom are spacious in fairness. Its alright for an overnight for the price.

My second time here. Stayed a few days before a cruise and a week after it. Lovely little low key gem, close to transportation, port, buses, trains and highways. I took advantage of their free parking with a rental car this time. Very safe and secure. Staff are friendly and very helpful, rooms are immaculately cleaned daily. And so close to bistros, restaurants, and a lovely waterfront park. View of sunsets over Mediterranean each night from my room were superb. Included morning continental breakfast 7-10am also very nice, having a little fridge in room very helpful. Bidet in bathrooms a very nice European touch. If back to Civitavecchia, I’d stay again.

In a very good position. Near railway. Handy for the cruise ships. Our room in the hotel wasn't in a good shape. The walls were bashed about a bit. Hand towels were linen, not towelling.

It’s okay for an overnight stay. It’s clean but very old. We had a very thin quilt which was too small for the bed. Luckily it wasn’t cold when we were there. No kettle in the room either. Staff were nice & the breakfast was also very nice.

Nice location & the room was average. We had a veiw of the ocean. Cleaning crew was very nice & did a great job. Front desk was friendly & the gentleman checked us in early which was very helpful, as we were tired from our flights from MCO to JFK to FCO. We prepaid for the our daily breakfast & it was good, definitely worth it. The only person that was RUDE for our stay was the dark haired lady (ponytail) & she worked in the breakfast area daily! She was RUDE to us the minute we arrived at the hotel when we nicely asked her where the bathroom was located! Other than her, the staff at the hotel was wonderful!

While the room was nice and clean there were few outlets. Also no space in the bathroom to put your toiletries. No hooks or anywhere to hang your towel and no shelf in shower for shampoo, etc. a total no frills place.
The outdoor area was nice but there was no cushion for the chaise lounge so I couldn’t sit out there.

We reserved a two bedroom room.
We got a one bedroom where we had to walk through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not as in Expedia pics or advertised.
